Well this place has been struggling. Our food order was wrong, they charged us for kids meals that should have been free on Thursday and it took them another 25 minutes to make the right burger (sweet and spicy). My mother-in-law ordered gravy, it didn’t come with our meal because they said they were still making it. We checked on it after 45 minutes and they told us they were out, and I said but you guys said you were making it?? They didn’t even tell us they were out and and then they said okay we are making it now. The pictures show the disgusting excuse for gravy. If I were the manager I would have been embarrassed to bring this out. Someone needs to teach them transparency and customer service. We were one of 8 customers in the restaurant so it’s not like they were busy. Someone run to Walmart and buy this Whataburger some gravy mix!

I had a great experience at this location. I went inside to place my order, and Emmanuel was kind, very upbeat, and genuinely welcoming. He made sure my order was prepared correctly and that I received my food in a timely manner. The positive attitude and attentive service really stood out and made the visit enjoyable. I appreciate the professionalism and care shown during my visit.

We went to Jacks on Winchester Rd today, and not only were they not busy, but we were completely ignored. We waited for about 10 minutes while people walked by us and didn’t greet us, so we left. We decided to pull into Whataburger and try them. We came in and were greeted immediately, and they looked genuinely happy to see us. A young kid named Jack took our order and brought it to us. He told me about the breakfast burger and how good it was. I did not know that was a thing, but man, was it delicious. The manager Ashley, came by to check on us while we were eating, and I told her it was so refreshing to feel like we mattered. Most fast food places your just ignored and don’t feel welcome. Will be coming back here again for sure.

I’m astonished—this place is amazing! Stopping by for breakfast on my way to work, I was immediately impressed by how clean and well-kept the store was. My experience in the drive-thru was excellent; I received great customer service from start to finish. At the window, Emmanuel, the manager, and his staff were incredibly kind and attentive. The food was hot and delicious, and the drink was fresh and crisp. I will definitely be back! 10/10!

Great experience it was really bad weather and the team was so nice we even talked for a bit after I ate.
The manager on duty Michael gave my daughter a milkshake for coloring a picture and it just made her day he was so sweet.
Food was also really good definitely have to come back now cause my daughter is so excited to come here now.

Whataburger French Fries are one of my favorites. The Onion Rings are equally good. My wife likes the Cheeseburgers and Chicken. The Chocolate Chip Cookies are a good dessert. The service at each location we have been to is outstanding. The facility was clean and well-maintained.

I come here every Thursday morning for breakfast, before I start my work day. The store associate named Emmanuel is always personable, courteous, and spot on with my order (which is always hot and fresh). This store is definitely the best breakfast option in the area for taste, price, and hospitality.
