I love coming here for breakfast. It’s truly magical. The manager comes by and refills coffee for the mostly retired-age patrons. The whole staff is friendly and prompt and the food is always fresh and hot! You can tell the manager cares about his job, customers, and his employees. It’s always busy here for breakfast and for good reason. Please don’t ever change!

I had not been to a Hardee’s for a long time since they were out of business where I was at for a long time, so as I was passing through Sioux Falls and drawn to the car show outside, memories of Rise ‘N Shine Hardee breakfasts and juicy burgers and fries made me want to stop here..They were pretty busy, lot of activity and I can say this was a stop at a All-American burger joint with much more than I expected…and I was glad I stopped.
I got to talking with a shift manager’s mother who had good stories, I hope he got a raise after working 10+ hours…Really good burgers, good atmosphere, there was even a fireplace in the middle of the dining room! I was too full to try to the ice cream or milkshakes…But they have a varied menu for a fast-food joint….the service was good and average…good location! I just a nice breakfast

I heard this was the equivalent to Carl’s Jr but on the east side. It felt different though. The burgers tasted good… I was mostly impressed by how they were wrapped. It felt like you weren’t going to make a mess. With Carl’s Jr it was way messier. This food was good for traveling! Like if you need to eat in your car you don’t have to watch it and worry about spilling as much.

Hit the drive-thru on 02/26/2025. The person who took my order and met me at the window (name tag said something like Mariam) was probably the most polite, pleasant, and efficient person I’ve ever interacted with at a fast food restaurant. I sincerely hope the manager realizes and appreciates how fortunate they are to have an employee such as this.

Thank you so much for the manager and staff that helped me when I thought I lost my keys and was panicking that …. Oh it is too embarrassing- because my keys were in my purse the whole time! There was laughter WITH me at the time! I felt so foolish but the manager took me seriously, helped me, and even reassured me after it all! I appreciated all of that so much!

Everyone who works at this location is so nice, the service is exceptional it’s almost like they enjoy what they do and want you to also enjoy their food. It’s so refreshing to see. I would give 6 stars if possible.
