Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Placed my order on the app. Waited over half an hour after the window time I was given for pickup only to get incorrect food that was cold. Waited another 30 minutes after my husband went in to get it remade for my food. I will more than likely not be returning to this location. Management did nothing to fix the issue other than complain from the grill line. Didn’t speak to my husband or myself at all. The only positive I can mention from this experience is that the crew member who helped my husband was very polite and handled himself very well.

We came for free Whataburger day Aug 8, 2023. Wasn’t too bad of a wait and we got our food without waiting too long. My burger wasn’t too hot, but other than that all was great. Our granddaughter enjoyed her meal too, as you can see in the pics.

We went inside to order so I could use my App & use points. Haylee M. took my order and was absolutely fabulous; very nice & very helpful! The jalapeños cheddar biscuit sandwich with sausage was delicious & I will contour to order that as long as it’s on the menu. My husband had sausage breakfast bowl and he really like it there was plenty of food & delicious!

The drive thru is taking almost 25 min to process 1 car through and the inside isn’t moving much faster. I’ve been inside for almost 30 mins and still have not received my food and the line is growing. Counter as soon as you walk in has trash everywhere. Staff seems more concerned with socializing with one another instead of speed of service and a clean store. This is about the same every time I come here.

As a customer and a doordasher this is the place I hate coming to the most worst customer service ever the children are running the place. Every now and then you’ll see an old lady walk out stumbling around then disappear again. I went in for lunch today. They were extremely busy and you could tell some people were a little frustrated with the wait of their food. It did take 26 minutes to get my food, which is most of my lunch time. However the food was good and hot per usual! I must say you have a hard working young lady there. Who notice it had been a while since i ordered and she went right back and got my food. I asked for her name it was Nayfah. She’s a keeper!
