Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

I ordered food through the Whataburger app for delivery, and when I opened the bag there was a roach in my food. I called Whataburger and spoke with the manager Tom. He was very nice but very unwilling to give me a refund for the 57$ worth of food we couldn’t eat. He told me to contact skipcart. So I spent an hour looking for a number to call, and they do not have a reachable customer service number so I emailed their help line with no results. I just want my money back.

The location on hwy 29 can NEVER get an order correct inside or drive thru. Went inside today and order was wrong again and cashier didn’t seem to care, Actually paying for food and not getting it is theft . Never, ever leave without checking your order. I have been shorted so much food here I am never going back. They lost a very loyal and regular customer today, but just seems no one cares here when your order is incorrect

Was my first visit ever, and they clapped and cheered for that. Ordered a Bacon Cheese Double Whataburger…. oh my goodness!!! Its AMAZING.
The food is good quality, good tasting, theyre friendly and inviting. I wish I lived near this place, id go everyday.

Whoever was up there making hamburgers/cheese burgers today (12/18/25) at 12:30 p.m. needs to ease up on the mustard! Dont get me wrong, The patty was good. The bun was solid. The mustard, however, was VERY bold, aggressive, and emotionally overwhelming!!! One bite in and my sinuses cleared, my eyes watered, and I briefly considered life without taste buds. Please for the love of God take that mustard bottle away from them!!!
