Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience at the Divine location was extremely disappointing. After a super early morning of studying and submitting assignments, I stopped by to try Whataburger’s breakfast for the first time. I was hungry and looking forward to the breakfast. Instead, it was a complete waste of $23. First, coming up to the drive through window, I wasn’t greeted so I said hello first, then the drive through young lady spoke. The eggs were nearly black, severely overcooked and a very small portion. When I asked the employee why they looked that way, I was told, “If you wanted more eggs, just let us know.” As a first-time customer, how would I know that? Food quality should be consistent without the customer having to ask for basic standards. The biscuit was hard as a rock.The hash browns tasted old and stale. One platter had what was basically one full piece of bacon because the other slice was cut in half, leaving a tiny portion. I ordered two breakfast meals and two egg sandwiches, and both looked the same. I ended up throwing away the entire platter with the burnt eggs and hard biscuit because it was not edible. When a consumer is purchasing food from an establishment, it should be fresh, properly prepared, and consistent. This was a hot mess from start to finish. Will not be back to this location.

It was my first time visiting Whataburger and it was great their burgers are so tasty I don’t eat mustard but the sandwich was so good I didn’t even notice it had mustard and their portions are HUGE. This wonderful experience was thx to Trinity & Marcy they were very nice, helpful and curtious.

I had such a great experience at Whataburger recently. The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what I was craving. The burgers were cooked perfectly, the fries were crispy, and the service was quick even though the restaurant was busy. Everything tasted amazing and the restaurant was very clean and welcoming.
What really made this visit stand out, though, was the outstanding leadership from this one manager. You can tell they truly care about both the customers and the staff. The manager was professional, friendly, and made sure everything was running smoothly. It’s rare to see someone so involved and dedicated to creating such a positive environment.
Overall, this Whataburger location exceeded my expectations. Great food, great service, and an incredible team led by an excellent general manager. I’ll definitely be coming back again soon!

My family and I drove past Whataburger and stumbled upon their soft opening and wow, did they roll out the red carpet! Not only did the staff welcome us with huge smiles, but they surprised us with FREE MEALS for everyone in the car! Which took dinner off my hands on a MONDAY can you believe?!!!
The team was incredibly friendly, proactively explaining their app deals (hello, future freebies!) and making sure we felt valued. Now, the food… absolutely 10/10!

If you like being asked your name repeatedly and waiting for your food for 30 mins, you’ll love this location! Atmosphere was full of joy and laughter in the background. I really enjoyed receiving our food from here. If you don’t like onions on ur food don’t worry you’ll get them anyway!

The Manager Heather I believe was her name at this Whataburger went above and beyond. I felt respected, listened to, and genuinely taken care of. That level of customer service isn’t common anymore, and it really stood out. Huge credit to them for running such a welcoming store.
