I ordered this on door dash before coming in-person. Over door dash I thought it was pretty good so I decided to visit in person for lunch. I typically get a pho and spring roll combo. Peanut sauce is yummy.
However, I made a concerning discovery today. I don’t know if this has been in every roll I’ve eaten but the shrimps were not cleaned properly. The digestive tact is still clearly on the shrimp. When you first see the rolls you will not catch this. It’s when you take a bite of a shrimp that you will see it since it’s faced away from the wrapper. Some people can handle this, I cannot. While I would recommend the pho, now knowing these were not cleaned well. I have some concerns overall with the food.
I also got the Vietnamese coffee and it was a bit watery. Feels like it came from a powder version of it versus real drip coffee which is more traditional. I was a returning customer but will no longer dine here.

The food is amazing here however the wait time in customer services something else I feel like they have to work higher more people. They’re just under staff, but the food is really good if you don’t mind waiting highly recommend.

I love punny-named restaurants. What took this from a 4 (kind of a baseline for me) to a 5 was that the pho tasted more intentional than most places. Usually, it’s kind of just an OK dish that I get at Vietnamese restaurants. Here the broth just tasted better. Service and restaurant ambience were good too. It’s a shame they’re not open just a little bit longer at least on weekend days.

This restaurant is absolutely amazing! The food is delicious and some of the best pho I’ve had! It is a family owned and operated business and is always packed! The owner is the sweetest woman! Definitely a must try is the Parker area. (This is a different pho restaurant than the “what the pho” in the denver area)

The best pho I have had in Colorado. You can taste the care in the soup and everything taste fresh. The places I usually go to have gone down on quality since covid and I was pleasantly surprised by this place. They even had chili oil at the table which you have to usually order off the menu, or get charged for at other places. I would definitely give this place a shot. You can tell by the fresh vegetables and good meat in the soup that this place is legit.

Usually not a fan of the punny-named Vietnamese restaurants, but gave this one a try and WTP, was very impressed! The pho had a very nice and clean balance of flavors, and rolls we ordered were fresh and well portioned. The space itself is nice and roomy and service was good.

This local place has great food and friendly staff. Order ahead to save some time however whether dining in or taking out their food is always hot and fresh with tons of flavor!! Try the fried rice or the vermicelli bowls, eggrolls are the BEST and do not forget Thai iced tea – it is all good! Highly Recommend!

What a great place with fantastic food! Our waitress was also working the front and greeted us and brought our water within seconds of us sitting down. The entire pho bowl was flavorful and satisfying, the lady that helped us was cheerful and sweet, and the restaurant itself was clean, comfortable, and pleasant – with forks, chopsticks, soup spoons, and napkins stocked at every table. And for as much water I downed, our waitress kept topping me up. What a great experience 🙂
