Usually not a fan of the punny-named Vietnamese restaurants, but gave this one a try and WTP, was very impressed! The pho had a very nice and clean balance of flavors, and rolls we ordered were fresh and well portioned. The space itself is nice and roomy and service was good.

Bowl of comfort! The large Pho can be shared with 2 people. I love the brisket! They cut their meat pretty thin which gives it a more tender texture. The Pork Banh Mi has an amazing flavor. It is not toasted and crispy but the veggies and sauce is fresh and yummy. Would highly recommend!

1/15/22-Once they sat us down and we went to order they pointed out a sign that showed they automatically charged 18% tip. I wanted to leave because places that do this are just giving their wait staff permission to give bad service, but my mom wanted to stay and give them a chance.

Excellent service and food. Great recommendation from a friend. Large portions! Great flavor. Crab wontons, pork fried egg rolls and chicken vermicelli with the best peanut sauce! Definitely well be a frequent flyer here. Had left overs for tomorrow. Yummmm

Food five stars but the female light skinned women server ALWAYS has the worst attitude, everyone else there is so kind and helpful, she however will complain about the people she is waiting on and the people she works with LOUDLY. She doesn’t seem to care, she curses and is rude every time no matter what. She is disrespectful, unkind and unpleasant to eat around.

Heard so many good things about this place and it did not disappoint! The service was fantastic – all the staff was very friendly and helpful when making choices and answering questions. The food was also VERY good! The inside was bright and clean. We will certainly be returning!!

The Establishment is nice and clean. Service was fantastic. I definitely would have loved to give it five stars. Two things that brought it down where the spring rolls were really flavorless and the kids pho had really fatty inedible meat in it. It would be better if they just put the raw steak in as well opposed to some tripe or some fatty meat. Otherwise, great addition to Parker and will return

Ate inside restaurant- Great service! Super fresh, wonderful pho broth flavor. We all loved what we each ordered. Some restaurants add a lot of sugar to their broth and it tastes too sweet which is not what we are hoping to have.

Looks like ‘What The Pho’ Parker Colorado changed their Business Model. Especially for take out. I still love the pho but for take out; Get less basil, bean sprouts and jalapeño. Putting lime in same bag as jalapeño makes jalapeño soggy if you eat don’t all soup in one sitting. I would have paid more with portions the same. You might want to do some more tweaking
