The worst food and service! I went thru the drive thru @12:07 on a Friday 11/03. They got my order right, but missing a few items. And the pizza was made super wrong and barely any food on product. They told me I had to go take them the food for a refund or for them to remake it, zero apologies and shift lead at that time was extremely rude. Hung up on me and wanted me to go take the food when I just quick during lunch and I couldn’t I had no other choice or else I was going to be left with no lunch because of her! All the food was poorly made. Tacos and pizza. I asked to speak to the store manager she told me she was but, because I am familiar with what a shift lead is I know she wasn’t it. If you are looking for a good meal this could have been it but it keeps missing those final touches to make it better. This needs better manager’s that care.

Went to the Taco Bell in Arvin,ca yesterday and this is what they consider “extra” sauce. Not to mention I ordered a chicken bowl but some how they forgot the chicken and the fries were straight out of the freezer. When I called, whoever was on the phone had a horrible attitude and was very rude. Very disappointed in the customer service

Saturday night went to drive thru at night I got my chalupas but they didn’t really have the meat they had more veggies (I didn’t order a veggie chalupa) . Aside from that they charge for the cheesy jalapeño sauce and this is what I received !! It is not the first time I have a bad experience but it is the first time I wrote a review because this is enough aside from having to go park in the parking lot because they can’t have. This has to be the worst Taco Bell in Kern county. Far from waiting 25 minutes for my order then they get it wrong. Pic (1) spicy potato taco, minus the potato. (2) dorito taco, minus meat just garnishes. This place is ran by high school kids, no manager, no direction. Stay away from this establishment. The only reason I rated it one star is because I had to. I could not give it a zero.

Took 40 min to get one order done. While there were no customers inside or in the drive thru. The workers are just on their phone or talking to a point they forget to make the order they clear the order from their screens. Plus they made some crappy tacos after I complained that I been waiting 40 min for my order to be ready.

I never have problems with this location. It’s actually the only one I like. However, today my toddler was eating a breakfast burrito and began to choke. I found this large piece of plastic bag in his mouth from inside the burrito. Just be careful! Accidents do happen!
