Saw a picture of the food on Google didn’t believe it so I stopped by for myself they did not disappoint food on point thanks Mr.DJ the young lady that took my order was exceptional polite as well thank you for the positive experience.

I really hate to leave a bad review, but I’ve called a couple times to speak to the manager and keep getting told no one is there.
I have ordered 3 times from this place. The food is usually delicious, however I won’t be returning.
First, no matter how long I wait until after I order, the food is never ready, but no one is ever there.
The last time I came, the cook wasn’t even there. I saw him walk in well after my order said it should have been ready, so I had to wait. This time, not only was my food late (I was on my lunch break so time is of the essence), but I had to substitute Mac and cheese with some obvious box mashed potatoes. They were not good.
Second, I came last month and said “oh, your health grade is not up”. I was told it would get put up later as it “fell”. I came the next week to order for my whole department.
Grade still not up.
This is the third time I’ve come (a month after my last visit) and their health score is still not visible.
I would love to support because it’s affordable and the food is usually delicious, but I’ve given them three times to fail me. The lack of professionalism is something I cannot ignore.

Today I ordered 2 omelets on DoorDash & received 2 calls back to back The first one stating that my order was already picked up , and the second one stating that the cook doesn’t know how to make an omelet and asked if I would like to substitute. In consideration of my dasher’s time & my hunger , I agreed which was a huge mistake. Instead of bringing me the correct substitution I requested a got 2 trays of items I did not ask for. This was my first time ordering from this place and it will be my last.

To be honest this was my first time eatting there and I feel like that was the best chicken Philly I ever had y’all did yall big one that was very delicious and the fries was fresh 10/10 will do it again. And the lady with braids was very nice and professional . I’m not going lie I started to come back but y’all closed lol.

So I really didn’t want to leave this review bc the staff was nice but I bought the oxtails which isn’t cheap and I was extremely sick after eating it. I should have known better because they said they had some ready but I was there for 30 minutes waiting. They should have already been cooked. I definitely got food poisoning. They need to take oxtails off the menu.

Even when the food is decent, if the service is weak that’ll kill it every time. This 2nd visit was surely my last. Took 49 mins to get eggs, fish and grits and I was the only customer there. For that entire time, employees bad mouth the owner as I sat waiting. The cashier was eating and licking her fingers when my food finally came up. With her wet fingers, she opened the container- still talking over my food about the owner. I knew then I wouldn’t be back. Alot of times when new businesses don’t thrive, this is why.
