Carl’s Jr is his fast food. It should be great given the price. I do enjoy their food, but it is nearly no longer affordable. I like the way the team provides service. As my pic shows, Carl’s Jr is the home of the green burrito. That is my favorite thing on the menu. However, they were out of them today. That was disappointing. I settled for a $21 burger combo. That was with a single patty, and I didn’t get large fries or drink. I still recommend this location because of the good food and great service. Buy do better, don’t say you’re the home of the green burrito, and then run out.

I have been going to this Carl’s Jr for years and I don’t know what happened because this is the 2nd time I’ve went there and it was the WORSE my food was old and stale like it was left over from last night everything from the fries and even the bun on my hamburger I don’t know what happened but I will never go back there again

Our cashier was the General Manager Julie. Considering she is the manager of the establishment we were expecting standard customer service at the very least.
Instead we didn’t receive customer service at all. She was short and rude and it got worse when my order was wrong. I was had to repeat myself 4 times to get the correct toppings off of my burger. Worst customer service i have received at carls junior before.
I came with my whole family and she was off putting to all five of us.

The food was good but the place was empty at 1230 no one else came in and very few cars in the drive thru. Jack in the Box and all the other fast food places on this exit.in Ripon were pretty much empty as well. Probably the future of these businesses with the $20 mandated minimum wage for these workers.
