Outgoing, friendly service. Ordered some dog bites and a cheese pretzel. The ones ready, behind the window, appeared burnt. I brought this to their attention and they immediately made me new ones within minutes! Great service and fluffy pretzel bread… YuM! Don’t forget that refreshing drink!

I bought a butter and salt pretzel today at the Walmart location in Palm Desert. Went I opened the bag to eat , in my car, I was surprised to see that the entire pretzel was tough on the bottom and the dough had never risen, leaving it gummy , greasy and uneatable. If it wasn’t for the Xmas rush and having already shopped in the store , I should’ve made the long walk back in for a refund. That was my lunch…thrown away. Oven temps and timers for dough rising need to be checked at this location.

The quality of the pretzels were good as expected. The location of this particular store was inside Walmart and there was no sign to let you know that so I drove around and around looking for the store until I called and the lady told me it was in Walmart. May want to put a sign outside.

My son will want a pretzel so we’ll drive 3 towns over, to Westfield Shopping Center to Wetzels Pretzels. We chose to go to the cart location downstairs instead of the location upstairs next to coldstone
Wetzel’s pretzels are always delicious, usually always served hot and fresh. At this visit the pretzels were yummy as always but the service was poor and underwhelming.. There were two young men working and they did their jobs fine when it came to the fundamentals of it. However, the young man working the register did not smile once and was very robotic. It’s a good thing their pretzels are good otherwise I probably would not go back to that particular location. Although next time we will most likely go to the location upstairs in the mall.
