A few months ago I went and was not greeted by the many workers at the moment, they seemed annoyed. It was a holiday weekend and assumed they were just having a long day. It was kind of rude how they rushed me for what I wanted considering it was only me and someone else waiting to order. I went again today and the same energy was given to me. I normally do not like to complain, but It’s a little baffling to ask in a nicely manner and not have the same energy be reciprocated from one fast food worker to another. Needless to say I didn’t get anything this time lol

4 employees on the clock and none of them prepared for orders. The one at the register seemed hesitant and not confident in taking orders. The other 3 are attempting to push out orders but can’t do so properly or in a timely manner due to them not having proper machinery. You have 20+ people (not exaggerating) walking in to place orders, and a tiny little oven, which in turn causes long wait times. There was nothing prepared, everything was made to order and they still got our order wrong after the long wait.

I went at 10am, no body was there. 10:30am, no body was there. I just came at 7p.m. and 7:30, and the lady counted money ingnoring me after saying it’s closed. When will the hours on Google, on the window at this location, any other hour info be correct. Or can we get pretzels?! Just my luck in one day?

I was just there getting my lunch for the day since I work nearby. I got the cheese pretzal and cheese dog. Both were burned so badly I couldn’t even chew and let alone swallow. Tried to call the # on website and it’s disconnected and # on reciept just keeps ringing. I’m working now so I can’t go back to inform team .
Please make sure pretzals are edible as $11.60 for 2 pretzals and a drink isn’t exactly cheap.

Daylon is a really good employee he made me have a great experience. With out asking he ask if I wanted to samples to try the lemonade. I was very happy with the experience here. Defenetly will come back if I come to viejas outlet again.
