Pretty overpriced pretzels that are very mediocre and not as fresh as they say. They are a nice little snack but not really worth the money. The cup of pepperoni bits were just sitting there being kept warm and ended up not being super fresh. The staff are friendly and the booth is clean.

The food is good, I love it. But one issue, it’s overpriced, almost $20 for the pizza biz and a blue raspberry slushie? Yeah, that’s way too much for that little food, hardly enough to share with me and my friend. But it was still alright.

I would probably say Wetzel’s Pretzels make a predictable and reliable snack, but I’m only giving four stars because of the value. When did cinnamon bites become $10 or $11?; Otherwise, the service was good, vacation is convenient close to the entrance of the mall, but the value proposition is not there for me.

I just Visited Wetzel’s Pretzels at Santa Ana Mall and wow, it exceeded all expectations! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ilan, the fantastic staff member, made the experience unforgettable with their attention to detail and warm service. The Chick-fil-A collaboration takes the pretzels to a whole new level, and the rates are reasonable for the delightful experience.

Trust me, you’ll leave with joy unspeakable! Ilan deserves a raise for going above and beyond. Don’t miss out – come try it and treat your taste buds!
