No greeting as I entered should have been the sign.
Just left the establishment and it’s 30 minutes before close and my daughter wanted salted pretzels and the cashier kept repeating herself vs answering my question. How do you stop preparing request before closing? I couldn’t even get salt to salt and the plain pretzel bites. Horrible service.
The store also smelled like burnt baked goods.

Word delivery is everything. I was okay with being told not to use a specific exit door to leave, but to be told “don’t use that one, tHAts wHy iTs blOCkeD” with an attitude during Christmas season is wild. Meanwhile the blocked yet open exit door had the most clear space to leave out the store. I appreciate the fresh pretzel, but would clear the aisle before complaining about what door a customer is going out of. After all that, she continued to make sure she had the last word as I went out the entrance she sent me out of. Moral of the story, use an entrance instead of an exit door to leave so you can avoid irritating an employee.

I have been absolutely Craving a pretzel for the past few days so I googled one that was open. I got there 24 minutes before they closed. And the lazy workers that were sitting on the counters on their phones refused to make me a cinnamon pretzel because they said they had already shut everything down earlier you should reevaluate the people you have running your business businesses because they’re running customers off because I’m definitely never coming back here

Ordered Funnel cake bites. Very sorry excuse for them. (Photo included) Instead of light and fluffy, it was pretzel bites ( yes actual pretzel bites) with powdered sugar on top. And no strawberry topping. On top of that, it was the most useless, uninterested in serving the customer type of employees I have ever had the unpleasant experience to have met. And this is a small location with no menu board. And unless the tiny heat lamped food case is full, you will not know what they have. And by the way the store was empty when we got there. And had been empty when we arrived at the Hillside Village.

The kids that work there are very rude My food was burnt. When walked in they were all just laughing and fooling around while the case was empty so nothing was ready. Then the attitude on the girl who took .y order was enough to make me not wanna come back.

Came here this evening and they have the absolute worst service that I have ever experienced in my life. The pretzels were burnt and not just that but I was overcharged. When I asked for the manager’s name I was denied the manager’s name the little boy and girl that were in there were just playing around and had their friends in the back of the counter their friends didn’t even work there but were harassing the customers as we walked in. I am so disappointed this is my first and last time that I would ever try this place again they have the worst service.

I didn’t even realize food placed were still allowed to use latex gloves. I bought and paid for my kids pretzels and then realized while waiting they were using latex gloves for everything. When I made a comment the employees weren’t understanding about the whole ordeal. I am highly allergic to latex. Just being near latex can set my allergies off. My teens ate the pretzels, but said they weren’t very good. I couldn’t try anything. Never going back.

The reviews for this location are so terrible, I had to make sure it was the right one. I came here for a cinnamon pretzel w/caramel dip and it was perfect! The pretzel was very fresh and it had this buttery, moist texture to it. Although the lady was training someone, customer service was still great.
