This is the absolute worst experience. I ordered thru DoorDash. To spend $15 on a sandwich that included extra meat and get hardly anything and barely any lettuce even is a waste of money. Food costs can’t be that high that you don’t even get what you pay for smh. Not to mention it was not supposed to be toasted and it is. They couldn’t even give me the right chips smh.

Was going to Publix for a quick to-go lunch on a Sunday but decided to try this Subway. I was very disappointed. First, the store was understaffed with only 2 people. The phone rang non-stop and the young lady was nice but inexperienced literally looking at the menu board as she made my chicken teriyaki sub. It had way too much much chicken and when I got home it was cold and looked like soup on a bun. Way too much stuff. I doctored it up and reheated it in my toasted oven and made the best of it. Management needs to do a better job training these folks. I should have went to Publix in the same shopping center. Note this is my 2nd review on subway restaurant and they are 0-2 on positive reviews.

Subway has an advertisement on the window $6.99 for a 6 inch sub. When they ring you up, they double the price on you! look at my receipt. I wasn’t going to buy two drinks. They were going to charge me and not tell me that. When they told me the price I said no what are you charging me for? They said the combo. That’s deceptive practice. Subway is going to go out of business like this.

I’ve been going to this place for 7 yrs now, and it’s been going downhill every year. I went tonight for a Philly cheesesteak. The one employee told me there was no Parmesan bread, so I settled for white. The veggie toppings looked slimy and bad. I should have taken a picture. I asked the employee what’s up with that, and he said it’s old vegetables mixed with new, and that they can’t lose money on wasted food. I told him that it’s looks really bad and that someone could get sick. He responded, “yea, but we throw it out at the end of the day”. He made no sense, and needless to say I removed the spoiled veggies from my cold sandwich when I got home 5 minutes later. I was really hungry, so I ate the dam thing.which I’m now regretting. . Hopefully I won’t get sick tonight. Stay away from this place. Last time I ever will go here.

The food quality looked bad when I was picking out toppings but I just took it for freezer burn. I took it home to my wife so she could have it and she started throwing up no more than 15 minutes after eating the food. I feel terrible. I would not recommend this place.

This Subway knows good customer service. Soon as I walked I hear “welcome to Subway”. The staff seemed to, if not enjoy their job, they were at least in a good mood. I ordered the Bacon Ranch Melt, which is always so good. I love the way they keep the area where the vegies and toppings are, not every Subway pays attention to that. Keep up the great work and customer service.

5/23/2018 at 8:19 pm, The staff was cleaning the sandwich area and the lady who made my sandwich said that they only had Italian bread and white American cheese only. Luckily they still had steak and cheese and spicy Italian. When I got to the register I told her I wanted to make it a meal, but she said I couldn’t because their soda machine was broken. The floors were filthy and the tables dirty. Extremely disappointed because closing time is 11:00 pm. Poor management.
