Tuesday September 9 at 6:40 I went to buy at the location in the orland park mall upstairs. The gentleman didn’t even say hello nothing I just proceeded with my order but instead of him getting my order ready. He was on his phone the whole time for at least 2-3 minutes and I had the money ready to pay and he was not even paying attention because he was just on the phone. Is that customer service? In my opinion no it is very disrespectful and I did get mad and I told him excuse like 2 times in order for me to get his attention when he finally responded. I just told him never mind and walked away and this is the second time I come at this location and this happens with the same guy and he treats me like this.

Worst experience I have ever had. They take advantage of people. I order pizza bites and the guy was like what spice would you like. Making it seem it comes with the bites. Then he said I can get you an item for free what would you like??? Once you say what you want he says okay what item would you like for free SMH! Why can’t he say if you buy two items I can get you one for free, if you want a sauce us extra $2 and lemonade $5. This other lady was also complaining about how a snack was the same price as a full meal. I requested a refund and will never recommend or come back to this place. I understand everyone has a business to run, but just be clear.

the people are nice and they do get you with upselling but it’s done in a very nice and respectful manner the food was amazing although i had asked for it to be fresh and they had no objections and said as long as i wait it will be no problem. they even had fun interactions with some of the people walking by just being funny.
