we go here often. sometimes, it is a good experience, but: this time is just unexceptional. although the service was fast, instead of ranch with out chicken tendies, we got… GRAVY! WHAT??? gravy, straight up gravy. how do you mess up that bad. it’s good gravy, BUT NOT FOR CHICKEN! did they they we wouldn’t notice? they were in little styrofoam cups with lids, which was suspicious. then when i opened, it chunk. the ranch is consistently inconsistent, either being chunky or straight up liquid. but this, this just un—ex-cept-able. anyways. have a good day, and DONT GIVE PROPLE GRAVY WITH THEIR CHICKEN TENDIES. pls. thank u

This could be the dirtiest Dairy Queen I’ve ever visited, tables were unclean, bathroom smelled, just plain ugly. I know there were only 2 workers and people had to wait there but they still have a good Blizzard. Use the Drive-thru if you want fast service.

I went through the drive-thru and ordered a number seven for the chocolate shake. The wait wasn’t long at all. This surprised me in a pleasant way. However, when I look in the bag I only had a sandwich. The employee handed me my shake prior to the bag. When I mentioned that there weren’t any fries in the bag, he responded that I did not purchase fries. My total order cost was $12.72. I said I don’t know how I didn’t order fries when I said a number seven with a chocolate shake. He said, Oh I thought you just wanted the sandwich. If I just wanted the sandwich, why would I say number seven instead of a flamethrower sandwich? Also, I can’t understand how one sandwich and one shake would add up to $12.72 without fries. That is essentially $6 a piece and I know that is not the price of these items. However, since he never provided a receipt, the world may never know.

I live within walking distance of this place and I will drive just about anywhere else to avoid going here. The service is hit or miss because of their insane turnover rate, and the food is never worth it. I’ve seen some great employees work here and gone within weeks/months, so its likely a management/owner, who I believe is named Lee, issue. I’ve also had the worst customer service at this place than anywhere else I’ve ever been to, and I’m soft on retail/food service employees as I’ve worked retail for 10 years. I tell everyone I know to avoid it like the plague. How it’s stayed open this long, let alone has even 3 stars, is beyond me. The only thing I can think of is basic lack of competition.

Yesterday I had a horrible experience. I had to scream my order probably 5 times before the boy on the speaker heard me. And I mean SCREAM. Pulled up to the window with a coupon and he said he couldn’t take it even thought it was on my phone? Stated I was annoyed and drove off. These place needs to hire people who can actually hear and people who are nicer. Waste of time.

I pulled up to drive through behind a car and when I got up to order they said they would be with me in a second. Then after 5 minutes of asking if anyone was there to take my order I decided to pull around, and there was no more cars in drive through. Then I went inside to order and the workers in there were not the most friendly or outgoing. And I finally got my order and the fries tasted like they had been out for a while and my burger was good until I got to the end and had found some hard black plastic that just had been frozen onto there before cooked.

I usually stop here at least once a week. The past month has been really bad. Normally service is fast, but they must have new people. Very slow, cold fries, and sloppy burgers. No napkins, etc… Last 2 times they put my blizzard in a cup with a lid, no upside-down test fail here! I think maybe give them a couple weeks to get their people trained and they will be back to normal.

My husband and I went here to have lunch. They were out of a lot of stuff. One of the employees was very rude. They made the most ugly Sunday for a DQ Sunday. It wasn’t even over the top it just looks like a weird pile. But right after I paid they were like you have to eat that with a fork. I asked for a refund because the whole experience was just unprofessional. They definitely could of done better with the whole situation.
