Do not recommend. I have waited with anticipation for this place I love pretzels. I got the pizza twist. And a pizza sauce. 11 and change(15% tip) The sauce was great. The pretzel was hard. The price i wasn’t happy about it. No softness just hard. I tried to eat it but it was to much. I wont be back super disappointed

Apple cinnamon bits are absolutely delicious! The pizza bits with cheddar cheese dip are a must have!! The staff were very friendly and very helpful! And don’t forget your mango bobo drink yummy!

Finally tried this place. I do not recommend. Way to pricey and the pretzels are hard and taste old sitting in that heat box.

The original soft pretzel was absolutely amazing, the perfect amount of crispy and soft. I’ve never had such a good pretzel like that. The atmosphere was very clean and the cheese dip was good as well. 10/10 recommend!!

Stopped in to try this place on a trip back from Pigeon Forge. Dining room was clean, pretzels were hot and fresh and the service was fast and friendly. This is a new stop each time I travel that way.

I am so disappointed. I stopped in today around 2:00. There were 5 employees and 2 customers. I ordered pizza bits, cheese dog bites, a salted pretzel with cheese, and a small soda. My bill was $29.88. That’s a lot, but I gladly paid it. The employees were careless and lacked good customer service. I left with food after 10 mins. Everything was dried out. The pretzel was dry, chewy, and crunchy. It was such a waste of my money.
