Well, I made a bad choice for dinner. But let’s start with the good.
My popcorn shrimp and house-cut fries were served HOT. The fries were the best part of our meals! I love fresh, real fries! Oh, and there’s malt vinegar at most tables! Bonus!
The shrimp were ok. They were the normal popcorn shrimp that one would expect. I had to request cocktail sauce even though the menu clearly says it comes with it, but it wasn’t a big deal. ♀️
The servers were both very good. They were friendly and interactive. They were quick to refill drinks and bring the cocktail sauce.
My husband ordered some deep-fried fish that was VERY overdone. He probably would have sent it back, but we had already waited 30+ minutes for our food. They were quite busy, but this still seemed excessive.
This place gets LOUD. like sensory-overload for a neurotypical person kind of LOUD. It’s also fairly crowded and warm. (It was about 6 pm when we were there.)
To be fair, I didn’t know what to expect. I couldn’t find menu photos online.
Would I go back? Tough question. For dinner, probably not. For drinks and fries with a buddy, maybe. It’s much more of a social bar than a dinner bar, if that makes sense. That being said, if you’re looking for a party vibe, this could be your place.
Oh, by the way, the bathroom door is disgusting. Use a paper towel to open it.

We were there on Sunday this week. The food was awesome. We had the turkey club and the Reuben. Everything tasted wonderful and the bacon was perfect! The waitress was awesome too. She told us, after overhearing we were going to the patio, we should hurry because the bikers were filling it up quickly!

Helpful servers but our group of 8 was there when the place was empty. Waited 55 minutes for our order and pretty much everything was wrong or sub-par.
French fries were colder than room temperature, wraps were 80% tortilla with little inside, fish sandwich was not crispy… nobody happy with their meals.
I REALLY want to like this place but it’s our 3rd poor experience. They did make us some nice hot fries at the end so the ladies tried to make it right but we really hope they turn this around.
I’d go back in a heartbeat for cold beer, friendly service and a great view, but I will be sure to not come hungry.

Stopped in during the Crystal Lake Winter fest event. Perfect location with activities in every direction. Went inside and it was packed as expected. We were able to find a table. Had great service and the atmosphere represented what a good bar should have. That day they had a Bloody Mary bar set up. They had it stocked with a bunch of good looking additives. Can’t wait to try it out again this summer.

Walked in with my 2yo, sat down and was greeted immediately and ordered probably within 2-3 minutes of sitting down. Figured this would be a nice quick bite since the place had maybe 7-10 people already served.
45 minutes later my son’s food arrived with 2 other plates I didn’t order. 5 minutes later my burger arrived cold. To cap it off I had to go up to the bar to pay my bill as I was ignored multiple times at the table.
2 stars for the regular that brought my son a rubber duck to play with from the claw machine.

Best thing about this bar is the name and the view. The 13$ burger was not so good. Go 2 blocks down and get a much better burger for half the price. Onion rings were really yummy tho. Cute little bar with a nice patio. Their specialty drink was very yummy. And they have To Go drinks.
