We placed an online pizza order around 5:30 and were told delivery would take about 40 minutes. By 7:00, nothing had arrived, so I called and was told they had messed up the order and were making a new pizza. They said it would be another 35 minutes.
By 8:00, we still hadn’t received anything, so I called again to cancel. The employee had to get the manager, who didn’t really attempt to fix the situation beyond saying they would issue a refund. The refund was processed, but by that point we just ended up making a frozen pizza at home.
It was disappointing, especially after waiting that long. I really wish there was a Papa Murphy’s in Plain City, as I’ve never had issues like this with them.

Friendly staff and good pizza. A little odd they started to clean our table and stack our chairs before we were done eating and it was only 7:30.

Food is bomb! Wings really good love me some bbq sauce bone in wings and the calzones are on point. All the kids there are cool and respectful. They probably need some more ovens for when they have big events for faster service but on regular days service is good. all in all it’s a nice spot they have a closed off section for private events I’d say 20 people can fit nicely.

Westside Pizza has to be one of the finest culinary institutions I have ever had the privilege of dining at. Not only was the food utterly delectable (and quite reasonably priced, for that matter), but the service was stunningly top-tier. One employee in particular ensured that my experience would be memorable, and this worker was Anna. She went above-and-beyond in her efforts to make me feel welcome and comfortable, and she catered to every need and request I brought to her attention. Westside is truly one of the most sensational pizzerias I have ever visited, and America deserves more restaurants like it.

Honestly this is one of the most outstanding pizza establishments there is out there. Pizza is amazing and atmosphere is a fun and enjoyable place for families. I ate out there recently and had such a good time. All the team members were great and gave us our food with a smile. Big shout out to Anna for helping us with our many needs, I usually feel bad asking workers for extra stuff for food, but she didn’t mind and was happy to get our order sorted out. I will definitely be eating here again!
