This is a nice place to grab a drink. The food menu looked pretty tasty, but we were all too full to order food. Everyone around us seemed happy with their food. The bar here is pretty large. When you first walk in, it looks like a decent sized L-shaped bar, but it also has a mirror image L-shaped bar in the adjacent room to the right. The bars have a few dozen taps that includes at least one cider.

The beer selection was pretty decent, and they carry a good mix of local and national beers on tap. If you like IPAs, Pliny The Elder is a must try. It’s not available where I live, so the fact that I can order it here is amazing to me. It’s one of the most revered IPAs in the craft beer industry, so give it a try if you haven’t had it.

The service was good, and they had the World Series on a few TVs as well as some oddball college games on a Friday night. The bar was fairly crowded, while several tables were still available around 7pm. The clientele mostly seemed like local regulars that the bartenders knew.

Overall we enjoyed our visit and will definitely stop by again when we’re in town.

Legendary local sports bar. Good specials. Happy hour from 2-6. Great service and food and lots of screens with every game you need.

This is one of those neighborhood gems that is amazing. Really delicious stuff and something for everyone. Amazing happy hour specials and a beer selection that is truly extraordinary (i can’t name another bar that keeps pliny the elder in stock year round). Outdoor seating is available, pups can sit out there with you. No heat though. Mostly shaded in summer. Wait staff is all long term and good at what they do. Fridays they do a nice fish n chips special if you’re in to that.

Went into westrail yesterday and they were busy! However our server Harrison did a great job. He had great beer recommendations and told me to try the firebird, which was an awesome sandwich. Definetly would recommend this place!

We liked the place for dinner. Our server was slow and didn’t check up on us much, but she may have been busy. We waited for our meal for 45 minutes. So very disappointed on this. A waiter did tell us a new chef and kitchen crew, hence the late delivery of food
Meal would have been better hot from the grill, instead of heat lamps.
We would try it again.

First time here. Was pretty good!
I should start off by saying that our server Ilsa was fantastic. We heard her dealing with some difficult customers at the table behind us. Could tell that she may have been a bit frustrated about it (understandably) but it sounded like she dealt with the situation perfectly. She was very kind to us and did a marvelous job! Tip this girl well!!! She deserves it! 🙂

As far as the food goes… the cheese curds and whatever sauce they come with were excellent. The nachos were also delicious and I loved the fried fish tacos. The presentation for the tacos was great although they seemed to be veryyy fried and almost too crispy. However the taste was great and I don’t mind a little extra crunch. Overall would definitely recommend. Great area, great environment, solid food, and amazing staff! Thank you!

DO NOT order the peachy keen chicken. you’re given appetizer quantity (less than 10 bites) worth of edible chicken despite it being the most expensive entree. this fact was visually concealed by the great quantity of bone, gristle, and super thick, barely edible hard crust of too sweet glaze and BADLY overcooked meat. the “grits” were more of a baby food/play-dough experience than anything resembling grits or flavor. our waitress didn’t refill our empty waters once and took forever bringing our check, taking our order, etc.

The service was fantastic! The chef carried out our food himself! He asked us if we needed anything else before we dug in to our delicious meals and was so kind and approachable you’d think he was a top tier camarero! And It’s no wonder he shows face because this food is truly something to be proud of! Our server was knowledgeable about all the beer options, and let me tell you they have a great selection! The GM touched our table with utmost professionalism and I noticed she checks on every table which is customer service at its finest! The bar staff was quick and clean and when we were told about the delicious house made desserts we couldn’t say no!

If there was a hidden gem to experience in Lakewood, this place would be an easy contender for it.

The food feels very classic “bar & grill” with all the flavors you’d expect. The chicken tenders aren’t heavily breaded and the honey mustard is a must for any dip options you’d consider.

The noise does get a bit crazy in the bar area. Though you do have options to be outside, there is hope that the other area indoors is quieter.

Definitely a friendly place, welcoming goblins such as myself.

This is a great smaller dive with amazing food. Every once in a while there aren’t enough servers, but overall I’ve never been upset about the food and drink.
