I asked for NO MAYO. The receipt says NO MAYO. Their souls heard NO MAYO. And yet… mayo. So much mayo it felt intentional. My food arrived colder than my ex’s heart, and the chicken nuggets were older than the internet. Not a SINGLE sauce in the bag even after I asked. Honestly? If you’re thinking about eating here, don’t. Go home. Plant a garden. Hunt and gather. Eat leaves. Just don’t come here.

Playplace is not what you see in other reviews photos. It has been remodeled, and like most of the mcdonalds remodels, the playplace took the hit. I wonder if they see less kids traffic now, as we heard about the old playplace all the way in Alliance, and now I wouldnt suggest anyone travel here for this new one.

State of the art facility art tables inside you can do custome graffiti, an excellent and clean playground, self oder touchscreen kiosks when you walk in to select your choice from an excellent menu! Fast, convenient, clean, and comfortable!

This remodeled McDonald’s has really stepped up their game. This could be a fluke, I know, but really this was the best food and service I’ve had in a fast food experience in probably decades. I’m almost afraid to ever get a Big Mac again as it would pale in comparison. I’m not joking. My son and I were amazed at the food, and service! five stars. Keep it up!

We came here because we were so excited that the new build was going to still have a play place. The new play area is TINY. There is one tall slide with alternating slanted web platforms to climb up to the top (not really doable for small toddlers) and a small wood frame that has a few foam “noodles” hanging from it that kids can run through and a few puzzles on the sides of it. As for seating in the play area there are exactly 4 tables (2- 2 seaters and 2 -4 seaters). The tables sit so close to the wood frame that any kid playing with it, end up in the way of the people at the tables. We miss the old building so much!

This is the 2nd time in 3 days I have placed a mobile order for a specific beverage. Once a simple large coke and today a French vanilla cappuccino. After a LONG wait for the Coke, I was given a watered down drink that looked like tea. Upon return to the drive thru for a replacement I was handed my money back and told they couldn’t get it to work. Today, its currently been over 7 minutes waiting for a cappuccino. This is absolutely the WORST McDonald’s ever. I am now avoiding this location.

It was good and typical McDonald’s meal. Nuggets were good. Fries fresh and the Big Mac tasty.
Everything was as you expect with a busy McDonald’s- except the staff was rude. Not just apathetic but beyond and. Just not happy we even stopped by. This seems to be a trend with many places- sadly, we were in need for a late quick meal and back in the road. I had packed some snacks and won’t bank in this location again.

Took my kids there because they were excited to see the new place and use the gift cards they received for Christmas. If you want good service… don’t go here. There is no menu on the wall and nobody at the register. The only way to see the menu is when you order through the kiosk. They do not have any napkins, utensils, or condiments out for you to grab. You have to wait for someone to come out from the back to get anything you need. My kids gave up after they waited 15 mins for someone to come out so they could get extra sauce. My son’s gift card was bend so it would not scan and the lady was not capable of putting in the card number to process the transaction. She pretty much just told me oh well, there is nothing she can do about it.
It was beyond disappointing. The old McDonald’s will be missed!

Ordered my food on the app for curbside pick up at 12 PM on October 22 I waited in curbside spot for 8 to 10 minutes before I got my order then when I open the box to one of my sandwiches this is what it look like, and the employee was not kind either

We’re back and at a new McDonald’s location. Everything was on point for an easy 5-star rating. My standards are simple, cleanliness, quality, and service. Cleanliness was good, tables clean, floors clean, countertops clean, trash not overflowing, overall clean. Quality of the food was there as expected from any McDonald’s. The one thing that detracted from a 5-star to a 4-star was service. I always order from a table and choose the tableside service. As we sat across the restaurant, my order was placed in the counter and called out. This is a pretty big size location, lots of kids playing in the play place, lots of families gathering during lunch on a Thursday, as well as lots of elders coming together like a daily or weekly group get together.
