We saw the advertisement for Western Sirloin while we were at the drive-in, and we’re so glad we did—because we’d never heard of it before! From the moment we walked in, everything was great. The restaurant was clean, the service was friendly and attentive, and the food was absolutely amazing. Generous portion sizes and every bite was delicious. We’ll definitely be back!

I’m not from around here so while we were visiting town we decided to try this restaurant! First upon arrive I noticed they don’t have the salad bar anymore like advertised, which was unfortunate. The hostess was super nice and welcoming! We looked over the tons of options on the menu before deciding to start with their loaded kettle chips. Those were super good and way better than I would’ve imagined! I highly recommend those. Now when our food came out we were confused. Firstly, the chicken wrap was some gross green wrap that wasn’t described on the menu, so I asked our server if I could have mine on toast instead. She agreed and brought me 1 piece of toast which I PAID for instead of politely exchanging that for me. Overall the food was less than and the service was not great. Aside from the one incident our server was just outright not kind and friendly. I will definitely never return and I wish I would’ve just left or asked for a refund instead of paying for this garbage.

I really wanted to love this steakhouse, but our food was nothing but short of terrible. The chicken tenders are definitely frozen (not surprising, but disappointing) and are most likely from Sysco considering that’s their main supplier. The steak was super thin, cooked completely unevenly, and tasted horrible. We also got the appetizer of house made chips that have cheese, chicken, etc. which was the most disappointing part of it all. It looked very fresh and delicious, but none of the flavors worked together. That might sound pretentious or picky, but genuinely, the sauce and the grilled chicken taste horrible together. I really appreciated that it was fresh, but I’d 1000% recommend switching it to BBQ sauce. For the definitely too high pricing, I would never even think about eating here again unless the menu made a major change. The redeeming factor from our visit was the fantastic service. Our waitress was the perfect amount of attentive and was so kind and bubbly. All of the staff we encountered were lovely and hospitable. I hope to be able to update this review in the future, but we’d need to see a huge upgrade in food quality.

It’s truly one of the best restaurants in Winchester. Every time we have ever ate there the food has always been great. The service is always been good and we typically do not have to wait a long time to be served. It’s one of our favorite restaurants!

Ribeye steak was real good, no steak sauce needed. Grilled mushrooms are good and the portion was generous. Wife had salad, hamburger steak and sweet potato fries. Everything was good. Prices are typical, 8 oz Ribeye was 26.99 with one side. Eating out is convenient but the grocery store is cheaper. I would eat here again. Service was prompt and friendly.

Very neat, clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and the service quick. My strip steak was excellent. It was perfectly cooked to medium rare. The potato was a little lacking. It had the feel of sitting around for a while. It was a little cool for my liking. I asked for butter and sour cream. I got sour cream but the whipped spread is a poor substitute for butter. The tea was great and cold. There was plenty of it and they were quick with refills.

The service and staff were fantastic. The people working here were great and on top of it. The food on the other hand was awful. Most of it felt like reheated garbage. It’s cheap reheated food for premium prices. If you have no other options, fine I guess, but I’d never eat here again.

Why’s the salad so much!! Great service tho. Comfortable and clean atmosphere. They have outdoor seating, which I adore, though not much of a view. So, bring good company and conversation.
