Great place great people a one of a kind hidden gem.
Service was kind fast and did an amazing job checking on us and other customers.
Good from the appetizer to the main course the food was great.
Price the price of the food well let’s say it is beyond what you pay for and well worth it.

Took them Super long to even come out of the back to see who came in. Got charged 20$ for one meal and this is what I got.. wow portions are crazy small everything tastes terrible. Do better especially if you’re gonna charge that much for a meal.

We loved this place. Great food, prices and people. You have got to try the sweet potato fries with the sauce . It is amazing! The staff is super sweet. We live far from here but will definitely be back. If we had only knew of this place sooner. We had burgers and they were great! Excited to come back and try more items on the menu. Go check them out.

I think this place has a ton of potential. The idea behind the menu items seem to be spot on. Unfortunately, The late afternoon that we visited may have been an anomaly but the fried food tasted as if it was fried in old grease and there is no seasoning in the batter or on the meat. Dipping it in ketchup and white gravy was our solution. ♀️ Now let’s back to the positive of this place! The steak fingers and chicken strips are huge and the batter is a perfect mix for light and crispy. The sides are a good size (even on the large side based on other cafe experiences) so you get a nice healthy serving of food. The prices for our dishes were $12 each so you’re $30 in for two people drinking water (with tip). The staff was friendly and helpful. The waitress provided suggestions on menu items since it was our first time to visit. They even turned the TV to what my husband wanted to watch since he was the only one watching it. Lol There is no reason to not give them a try and I plan to stop again. I will of course adjust my review accordingly when I visit again and I hope to be able to give them five stars at that time.

I love West End order there a lot my daughter likes it also however every time I place either a delivery order or a call in order it is always missing stuff. I ordered salmon with rice and veggies along with 2 piece catfish side salad ranch and large mt dew called it I . Got there waited an additional 30 min at window, finally get my food and would u not know it, no silverware, no side salad, no veggies, so why was I charged 30.77 and got half my order, this is rediculas this happens constantly. Guys do better and I’m asking for some of my money to be returned since I paid and did not get

The worst customer service I have experienced in years. Our waitress, dark brown hair who avoids eye contact, did not once check on our table to see if we needed anything. I ordered a water with lemon slice and she said she would have to find one. She never did. Pretty sure she didn’t even look. Nor tell me that they were out or just plain don’t have lemon slices.
Our order took so long to make, and there were customers who arrived after we had been waiting for several minutes, that were served before we were. We had to get our food to go because we were on our lunch hour. And they were not busy. I can see why Shelly’s Stigler Cafe is packed all the time. Will not go back ever. 10 out 10 do not recommend.

We sat down with a party of 7, and when we ordered, only 5 of us got our drinks straight away, while the others had to wait. 2 of us ordered the Garbage fries (best dish here) and they said the didn’t have queso for it. 1 member of our party ordered Cajun chicken noodles and got what tasted like regular Chicken Alfredo. Everything else was good, our server was great, and the atmosphere is perfect for this lil joint here in Stigler

Almost every time I’ve gone there, the food has been awful or the servers rude. In fact, the first and second time I went there, I puked as soon as I left the restaurant, but they were nice to my Grandpa, so I won’t give them 1 star. The food is not bad priced, but not worth waiting 20 minutes for a burger and fries. But they’re fries are very good

Good food, good service, place was clean. BAR FIGHT not so much. We had a good time. The cooks made all of our steaks perfect to varying degrees of doneness. Sweet potato fries are to die for because that caramel sauce was on point. Only thing we didn’t appreciate was the fight which happened in the parking lot. The bartender over served patrons which were obviously drunk then after the fight she had them come back in and offered them MORE beer!! Seriously!?! That is a liquor law violation right there!! One guy was so drunk his face was swollen up and his eyes were almost swelled shut BEFORE the fight. That tells me that you may not wanna bring family or have a business dinner or after church meet up to a place like that which put a damper on an otherwise perfect night. My suggestion is to either fire or properly train your bar staff so they can recognize when someone needs to be cut off or stop selling alcohol. Other than that we had a great experience. So that was why the 4 stars instead of 5.
