Honestly, I’m giving this place a 4 out of 5 because I’ve only tried 1 thing on the menu. It’s the fried fish platter, mine came with rice and salad, and pita bread. It was fantastic. As a selective foodie, cause I’m not really picky, just have a high quality taste palette. The rice and fish was so flavorful and seasoned! SEASONED WITH ACTUAL SPICES not just salt and black pepper with tarter sauce . The fish was fried and crispy. They even put flavor in the rice with garlic too. 5/5 for my meal.
The people there are polite and accommodating. Willing to add things to cater to your taste, for me, I like spicy so they added jalapeno pepper. The first time I went there I actually just asked to use the bathroom, and they let me. Which was considerate, since I didn’t have to buy anything.
I got there pretty late, but the guy at the front was patient and nice
The atmosphere was nothing special. It’s like every other Hots establishment. However, I’m not sure why there are office chairs facing tables in the back end. Random, but maybe it was just that night
As for the price point, it’s pretty pricey. Not different from the prices you’d see in Mall food.

This time I ordered the haddock fish, spicy with mayo, veggies, and mozzarella cheese.
I’m disappointed. I was so hyped to eat this sandwich but now I’m not. The bread was on the stove top, but I guess it was the cold part because it’s cold and regular. Not even slightly toasted. The fish is fried just how I like it and spicy, but the sandwich was dry and looked rushed. No mayo, no cheese. If I had cheese or mayo at home, it would have been fine but I didn’t . I’m so sad. Also, I don’t eat meat, so I hate cross cooking . Taking the spatula you put the meat in a customer sandwich with and picked up my veggies is a big no. I paid $17 and some change, I can’t even eat it! I even added condiments, but it’s just not giving. This is my third time going there and last time. It’s not a cheap place for me not to be able to eat what I bought.
Granted, I called, the guy said bring it back, but it was around 10:15 and I don’t drive. Could go back if I wanted to.

Plate was decent. Prices are just super high in them but it was a filling and satisfying meal. Staff was nice and the restaurant is clean. They have lunch deals at good prices if you are looking to save!

Everything and anything you get here will be good.
Plates are amazing, gyros amazing, chicken is always good. They always have the food hot and ready within like 15 minutes.

Got the chesseburger garbage plate. I am not a mac salad or potato salad fan on garbage plates. I prefer baked beans and fries/homefries. They didn’t have any beans but did offer double homefries. It was ok. Nothing that knocked my socks off, maybe it was just the lack of beans. Didn’t seem to busy for 1 PM on a Wednesday.
