Order: Lunch Special; Hot Braised Chicken (comes with 3 sides, I got 2 Crab Ragoons and 1 Egg Drop Soup)
Cost: $11.22 w/ tax
The presentation was excellent.
The Hot Braised Chicken actually tasted braised, was crispy but still juicy and the sauce of it was amazing.
This is the first Crab Ragoon I was able to eat in St. Louis, not super sweet and I could actually down it. Great flavour.
I don’t know how Egg Drop soup is supposed to taste but it was great.
The Fried rice was filling, not too oily.
Would definitely order again and get other options at the same time.
Amazing portions for the buck,
If I needed lunch consistently I would come here 100%
This is a great business, and the staff and atmosphere is nice.

Amazing Chinese food at a great price! Super friendly service from Leo, who explained the menu. We got dinner orders of the general gsos chicken and orange chicken. Everything was fresh and hot, and tasted great.
Lots of different plates to try!

It’s a nice, small place to eat, located in a nice part of the city. I really appreciated that there’s a special section on menu for vegetarians We also appreciated that ordering brown rice, fried or steamed, wasn’t a problem. The prices are reasonable. As from what we saw, many people just make a quick stop there to eat something delicious and inexpensive. Many take outs, too. We liked the food a lot.
The only thing – maybe clean up a little more, but it wasn’t awful.

The guy that took our order was so sweet. The service was amazing, the entire staff weee absolutely perfect.
And that’s not even mentioning the food!!
Oh my god, it was so flavourful and delicious. The beef honestly melts in your mouth- you don’t have to chew it.
The vibe in the building was so welcoming and warm. Highly recommend ✨

I ordered vegetarian Moo Shu w/tofu & egg….
It consisted of tough overcooked tofu, tiny slivers of mushrooms, tiny bits of scrambled eggs, julienne carrots, julienne onions, and green onions. The food kept falling off my fork, so I ended up eating it with a spoon. The texture was off because the veggies were cut so small. And bc there were no chunky veggies to alternate between, each bite tasted exactly the same. Very boring.

Lovely little place with super tasty Chinese and some Thai dishes. It’s a counter order place, where we were welcomed warmly. Ordered the Kung Pao Chicken (spicy) and Cashew Chicken. The combination order comes with soup, crab Rangoon, spring roll and rice! We chose the egg drop soup and fried rice. No extra charge for fried rice!
Kung Pao chicken and Cashew Chicken were both amazing. The dishes tasted superb, freshly made with quality ingredients. The egg drop soup was nice and the fried rice was amazing! Spring roll and wonton were freshly made.
The service is friendly and courteous. The place gets busy with a lot of take out orders, but the food came pretty quick.
A must try place when you’re in the area.

I was disappointed. There must have been a trainee cooking in the kitchen. I ordered the Empress Chicken. The sauce was watered down no flavor. The chicken was soggy. The sauce is what makes the dish. The eggroll ♂️ Let them practice when the kitchen closes. Hopefully amateur chef was the issue and this is not the standard.

If you are into Thai Cuisine then this is the spot to go in the CWE! The hospitality is great! Everyone is so friendly. The Lo Mien is superb! Every time I go I try something new. If you are in to egg drop soup, they have the best! For you spicy lovers, Start with the Spicy Thai Curry Chicken it’s pretty tasty. The mango milk tea is just the right blend of sweet, fruity, and still the classic tea flavor. They are mid range as far as your money, so $20 at lunch will get you some wings, noodles or rice and a drink. They also have lunch and dinner combos too. Go check them out!
