Saturday nights are jumping! The patrons and owners were friendly though we’re not regulars and the bartender though slammed was too notch! Will definitely go back when I can stay longer!

I really don’t know enough to rate this 5 stars, BUT being from Kentucky and original from Nebraska it’s hard to find good Bourbon in a bar in a small town. This place is rate 5 stars because they have Makers Mark, Makers 46, AND Makers Cask Strength which can be hard to find period. Good job West Central! I’m also here on a very busy day (Apple Jack) and the bartenders and grill are hopping.

Great service, it’s been a while since I had a home cooked meal in a restaurant. They have an open kitchen, so you can see the engineering that happens before the meal, the vibe is oldies.
