Stayed at the Crowne Plaza and this restaurant is attached. It’s really the closest food option if you don’t want to trek about 15 min to the main strip. I had the wings one night, not bad, but I’ve had better. Did the breakfast in the morning. As someone mentioned the buffet is expensive, but for the US$25 + tax cost it winds up being cheaper than the rest of the options. Staff was friendly enough. It did the job but opted for DoorDash on last evening.

Tuesday night. Sat at the bar. Overwhelmed server running the bar and tables, but friendly and doing his best. Food was slow to come and was cold when they served it. Wings were processed with heavy batter. Hamburger patty also processed yet bland. Fries were cold. Ketchup served in packets. Definitely a place you settle for if you’re traveling and don’t want to leave the hotel. Definitely motivated me to drive out and find a real restaurant for night 2 of my stay.

If you stay here, walking would be faster if you need a quick bite, don’t eat at the restaurant, one guy is employed ONLY to fill water, then one waiter comes out maybe once every 15 minutes to take your order then another 20-25 to get the food. Just walk to town, i promise it will take less time. I honestly think the guy taking the order is the chef

Another 15 minutes, I ate, it was what you can expect from a hotel restaurant, 4.5 maybe 5 if the time was better. Rule #1 in sales people, if not everyone employed can make a sell (guy pouring water) then it’s a failing business, also ask yourself, can this place survive if it was outside a hotel? I’d bet the house it wouldn’t

Here for breakfast. Buffet was expensive (25) so to save some $ I paid for the Continental and ordered 2 sides. Staff were nice enough to mute the TV which was showing mind numbing ads and the sound was clashing with the always excellent (sarcasm) Hotel muzak. Turns out their definition of Continental breakfast is different from the rest of the world so it ended up being less expensive just to pay the 25 buffet price. Minus 4 stars for the pricing shake down.

I stayed here, and there’s not many other choices around the vicinity. Dinner was just …not sure how to put it. Maybe just edible, it’s edible foods put together. Breakfast was just terrible, except the orange juice and coffee and maybe the bread. The rest are just terrible. The service staff were uninterested in serving. The room is just way too cold in the morning, with the thermostat setting at 60. Are you alright? I thought Crown Plaza was way better than that, I stayed at Crown Plaza all over the world, and this was probably the worst.

Overpriced for dry ham and stale muffin.
This plus coffee is $20
Well within what you would expect from a hotel restaurant though.

Menu isn’t anything like what is advertised online. Burger was cold and the cheese wasn’t even melted. It appeared to have been cooked previously and had been sitting around for a WHILE. Cocktails from the bar were sub par, better off ordering wine or beer. Heard a woman behind us say the soup was horrible. Better off walking up the street to the restaurant at the Hyatt.

Great tasting food. Samon was very nice. Let down a little by only 1 member of staff working the bar, resteraunt and take away orders. He was working very hard so no complaints there!

Been here 10 minutes, have yet to even be acknowledged by the staff. One server seems to just keep aimlessly walking about while the other one runs frantically from table to table like a chicken with its head off. The menus in the rooms quote prices $2-3 less than what the bar has. Three men came in while I wrote this and were acknowledged and given water by a busser while I sit here seemingly ignored. I’m never wasting my time and money coming here again. Ordering Uber eats is faster and cheaper. Finally got a beer and got my food order in 15 minutes later, then he immediately hands me a receipt with it, it’s 7:40 and they don’t close till 9. This place is a mess. 13 tables full, one server actually working hard while the other seems to just wander in and out of the kitchen carrying menus, and the busser wanders about with a pitcher of water now and then. When I ordered my meal he seemed irritated that I wanted food and not just a beer. This place either needs a second server or to make the second server, actually serve.
