Got take out today from my wife but she dined in which consisted of her three kids and three other adults. She told me that orders were consistently wrong, 30min wait, when she went back to get things corrected they still got it wrong and many missing items. My take out was messed up, sandwich was a cheap chicken sandwich, very poorly made instead of one of their premium hamburgers which was over twice the cost of what they gave me. I dont know what is going on over there but a 30min wait and orders consistently wrong is a management as much as an employee problem. Employees were not kind, responsive when people were waiting for help, nor apologetic about their mistakes. If you are not going to do your job then quit and dont make other people’s lives miserable because of your choice to work in fast food! If you aren’t hiring half way descent employees and training them right then it is your fault. Will not be going back to this location.

To The older woman with braces working the drive through window at 7:45 am, you need to learn some customer service I was mid sentence and you slammed the window in my face. I made sure you got the same energy back, no one told you to be 50 and work fast food at 8am. Absolutely rude, maybe throw a smile in there too for good measure!

Food is always fresh great customer service. But I absolutely hate the way the drive through is so narrow.My rims have a nice gouge in them from it. Idk how trucks can even go through it. Have seen a couple cars jump the curb.

Tried the oreo brownie frosty and the caramel frosty. They do not fill them to the top the pictures included were size large. They were alright at the beginning since all the toppings were on top but the more you eat it the less ingredients included.

So today, I stopped by this store to grab lunch for myself, my boyfriend and our co-worker. It was around 1:15-1:20pm on 10/04/25. I went through the drive thru, first after the car in front of me pulled up to the window I was asked to please hold on a second. A few minutes later a young lady came over the speaker, can I take your order. She was not rude, she did not sound not happy or sad. More just flat! I asked for a small chili with cheese, onions and crackers. I also asked for an original spicy chicken sandwich, add bacon, no lettuce and 2 sweet and sour cups. I also ordered 2 Bacon Double Stacks no pickles or onion, then added 2 more Bacon Double Stacks with the Pickles and Onions. I pulled forward to the 1st window like I was asked to, then asked if I was paying cash or Card. I said card and was asked to pull to the next window because the card reader at the 1st window was down. So I pulled to the 2nd window to wait, which I knew was gonna be a few minutes which I was ok with. They handed me 2 bags out the window after I pay for my order a few minutes later. I get to my work further down NewPort Highway, I go in and I split up there order so we can all eat. 1st, thing I notice is I did NOT, receive Bacon Double Stacks, I got Double Stacks. I also did not receive my 2 Sweet and Sour cups. I did not check my chicken sandwich until a bit later due to having a tattoo appointment. So when I open my sandwich, I find no Bacon on it, and it has melted cheese. I do NOT like melted cheese on anything outside of pizza. I don’t usually order cheeseburgers because of melted cheese. So I am very upset with this location, I go here several times a month and they get my order correct 1-2 times out of 6. Like I get what it is like to work in the food industry, because that is what I do. So with that said I am very pissed that I paid for 4 bacon Double Stacks, 2 NO pickle or onions and a spicy Chicken sandwich with Bacon and 2 sweet&sour cups which I received 4 regular Bacon Double Stacks and a spicy chicken sandwich with cheese.
The only thing right was my small chili. Really sad that this keeps happening because I may have to try raising Caines Chicken, Chic f’lay, Houston Hot Chicken or any of the other restaurants in the area. I hope someone reaches out to me and makes this right.

Went thru drive thru. That experience was ok cashier was great at the time. Did not ask if we wanted any condiments with our order other than sauce for the 10pc nugget and then only gave two. Fries were suposto be a large. Well the container is a large but my wife’s med fries has way more fries in it. Guess it’s a non trained person on the fry station today from the size portion to no seasoning on the fries at all. If you are not going to season them PROVIDE SALT AND PEPPER or at the very least ketchup.

The sauces you discontinued were the only reason I came to eat your food. I will not be back. The food is average at best. The French fries are always cold and soggy. The sauce made it all worthwhile. You take my sauces, you don’t get my business….
