The double stacks and nuggets were great, but I’ve never seen such a sad amount of fries in my order. The fries didn’t even fill the container, and they were all really short fries. There is no way that the order weighed correctly on the scale. Y’all need to make this right.

For good fast food fast, this is a great Wendy’s! It has always been clean, with a friendly greeting upon arrival. Food is hot, breads aren’t soggy, ingredients, and portion sizes are wonderful. Yes it’s fast food, however this Wendy’s does it right! Bathrooms are clean, restaurant is free from any excessive dust, and nice music at a nice volume plays in the background.
There is plenty of free parking, it is handicap accessible too. Will definitely keep returning!

Hate the shredded lettuce on burgers and chicken. I never put cheese on my burgers as it makes me sick. Go back to the way it used to be. The picture below is the lettuce you use for lettuce wraps. How can you keep it from falling all to pieces. Absolute garbage. I dont know who you’re trying to compete with, but you had a great product and now ruined it. I will no longer purchase your sandwiches.

We had an unplanned visit due to car trouble. It seemed like a nice refuge from the rain while we waited for the tow truck. The employees were very patient with my young son who left his balance bike in multiple places on the floor and ran around. They still treated us quickly and with courtesy. We really liked the cozy corner by the artificial fire place and football on the TV. We will definitely visit again.

A older lady was in the Restaurant with a little dog in a baby stroller! It cried and barked the entire time my family were there eating our meal! She was camped out there still when we left! Perhaps she was waiting out the rain! It was raining pretty hard the night we ate at Wendy’s!

These guys rarely get the order right. You not only have to check to make sure all of your items are there, but that they are exactly the right ones. Tonight, we ordered 4 simple items including a Single with no onion. Instead of our $6 Single sandwich, we got a what I think is a double stack WITH onion, but of course, we didn’t know till we got home. Tried calling the store and they shut their phone off, so I can’t even do anything about it without going all the way back and sitting AGAIN in the giant line. Gas is too high to keep chasing your mistakes, Orchards Wendy’s! Why do I keep going back? Maybe now I will finally learn. If you decide to brave it, check your bags before you leave the window every time!
