Super friendly greeting and no wait at all. I was able to get it breakfast sandwich and coffee very quickly. I ate inside and was able to get a refill coffee to go. I say next to this table that was locally made.

Not worth $36.00 ! I asked my sister to pick up my small chicken nugget tray and small macaroni and cheese tray at this location since she had to pick her order at around the same time on Christmas Eve and just look at this mess. What’s with the clear plastic liner between the Mac and cheese and pan? How was I supposed to heat it back up ? I had no choice but to serve this to my family with no time to cook anything else to replace it. This was the third year in a row that I have placed a catering order from Chick-fil-A for our family’s Christmas dinner, but it will be the last time !

I just had the best encounter I’ve ever had with any person at a fast food chain. Russell was so kind, happy to help, asked us about our road trip and even gave us an extra root beer float to try. He made our experience just causally stopping in for a quick bite, a memorable one. Deserves top notch recognition for his hospitality, positivity, and kindness. Thank you!

Worst chick fil a by far, sat in drive thru line 15 minutes watched 3 cars drive through the other line beside me while the entire store was empty, previous time I went they put sausage in my chicken burrito and I don’t eat pork. Drove 5 min down to massaponax there’s like 20 people in line and my order was taken within a minute and I’m thru the drive thru within 3 minutes. This is the worst chick fil an experience you will have. Doesn’t live up to the brand at all

The only good service I received was through the drive-through and the gentleman at the window was absolutely amazing. I went inside because I ended up wanting a salad and wanted to Essentially swap my meal for a salad, which was the same price. Instead, one of the managers rings me up for a salad. It’s a smaller salad and cheaper salad than the big one that you would usually get, he proceeds to tell me I can use my chicken sandwich that I already have and cut it up at home to put on the salad, then offers several times to refund the mac & cheese, and allow me to even keep it. Once I’m done paying for the salad he proceeds to say OK I’ll give you the refund for the mac & cheese. Go ahead and give it to me. Me looking puzzled thinking you just told me I could keep the mac & cheese as a courtesy but OK here we go refund it back on my card. Not to mention when I got the salad, I ordered two extra eggs. The pictures will show these poor eggs, some justice! Also had to ask for the second egg because I only had one in the bag yet I paid $.89 per egg and got charged for two of them. Instead, all the manager had to do was take my meal refund it back to my card ring me up for a regular chicken Cobb salad and call it a day but instead he decided to make my day harder where I have to cut up my own sandwich put it on my Salad myself while on lunch break at work, pay Six dollars extra than I would have because he charged me another nine dollars for this mini salad which I will also show a picture of. The regular salad itself is only $12 and that is What I should’ve paid instead I ended up paying for a whole chicken sandwich, which was eight dollars and another nine dollars for a salad. Make it makes sense! I think I deserve a free damn meal and an apology from this chick Chick-fil-A.

The food and service was excellent as usual, but I find it odd that you literally can’t get regular mustard at a place where it costs 40 dollars for three people to eat. I feel like this is a basic condiment and the shelf life of packets is such that they could keep some on hand. Admittedly a small complaint but glaring for a company so focused on customer service.

Ordered a number 5 breakfast meal. Asked for an iced coffee. They didn’t tell me it would be an upcharge. Found a hair in my iced coffee. Asked for a refund. They took my meal and absolutely power bombed it into the trash can and the short spanish black haired lady glared at me like I told her that her cooking was trash. I don’t recommend this fast food place.

Nick P was our cashier and he was such a pleasant young man who was really nice and did a great job even though it was 5 minutes before closing (we didn’t realize it was closing). Huge shout out to Nick B as well! I am going to write to chick-fil-a corporate about that kiddo. After the store closed, we were parked in front of the doors trying to figure out which way to go on our roadtrip…and an elderly lady wanted to go in the store. The doors were locked and Nick B was mopping. She let him know she needed to use the restroom and he told her the store was closed. She let him know she really needed the restroom and he let her in to go. I was like Yes, that’s a sweet kid right there. That was so kind and compassionate. It probably was no big thing at all to him, but as a mom of boys his age, I appreciate a good kid who is thoughtful, especially towards elderly people. Way to go both Nicks. Y’all rock. Keep that up.
