My worst experience was spent at this Wendy’s with one of the workers who didn’t want to sell me what I was asking for… and it was done that he didn’t understand me I don’t understand why if they don’t like their job they have to make life so ugly to those who happily go to buy only something to eat I don’t recommend this place to them. You think it’s okay how you get the salad with the chicken that way.

I had a great experience with Wendy’s pickup service! My order was ready right on time, and everything was hot and fresh. The staff was friendly and efficient, making the process super smooth. I really appreciated how easy it was to place my order through the app, and the accuracy was spot on. Definitely a convenient and reliable option when you’re in a hurry! Four stars because it was a little busy, but overall a great experience!

This is by far the worse Wendy’s we have ever been to. We keep giving them chance after chance, hoping that maybe one day they get it right… They just can’t. One time we went here for breakfast, bought 3 sausage and gravy biscuits(biscuits and gravy) and there wasn’t ANY sausage at all on them. Went back in to get them fixed after that and the manager(not the store manager, just a shift lead) basically threw a fit and got mad at me.

I came by tonight, ordered and was told to wait on items. I do not mind at all, but there was only me in the drive through at 730 and u guys close at 11. The fries were Luke warm at best. The guy that brought me my meal just stared at me when I said thank you. As a hospitality worker myself, these kids you hire need to do better. It’s a Wendy’s so I don’t expect much but this was sad.
Update! It’s just as bad as before. Lost hope for this franchise. I’ve gone to Wendy’s maybe less than 10 times since their opening here in shelton, which has been a while. I recommend just going to taco bell or McDonald’s

My wife and I live local and we’re so excited during the grand opening. We love Wendy’s. During the grand opening, the food was so horrible we never went back. I finally just stopped by again and the food was still horrible! At 7:45 PM I got my food in 20 seconds. The burger was cold and cheese not even melted. What a waste. Makes me wonder if the store manager now is the same as when they opened. If so, that should be a reflection on the district Manger. I’ll never go back to this particular store.

While the food itself was fine, the state of the dining room was absolutely disgusting. We were there for 45 minutes. The store was nearly empty (no rush at all), yet not a single employee came out to clean the entire time we were there.
•Every table we looked at was filthy and sticky with old cup rings.
•The floors were covered in debris and trash.
•The ketchup pump station was broken and empty (pumped once and died).
I used to work in fast food. I know the standard is to check the lobby every 15 minutes. There is no excuse for a dining room to be this dirty when the store isn’t busy. We ended up having to eat at a dirty table because there were no clean options. You need to do better.

Whoever is running this franchise needs to step up and address some serious issues before they get shut down. I am SO disappointed. Every time I’ve tried to eat here, they’re either out of a majority of the menu or they get the order completely wrong. The employees are also extremely rude. There are a few nice ones, but I’ve experienced some awful service. Tonight I went to get a salad and when I received it, it was in a salad LID covered in plastic wrap (as pictured). This has got to be a health code violation. Avoid this Wendy’s until someone with more experience starts running the restaurant.

The young lady at the window was great, we had to pull around to wait for our food for about 7 minutes. I ordered the baconator and got a plain hamburger no bacon no cheese and just ketchup and a patty on bread, chicken sandwich had no veggies and fries aside from being cold and hard the box wasn’t even half full. Worst food ever
