I gave fast food a try due to my work hrs. Boy was I wrong. The staff wasn’t a issue (wanted to get that out of the way) they were fine. The food was a huge let down. The fries weren’t even good and the cheese wasn’t even melted. The cob salad…tiny as hell and the ranch and crispy onion packet was 4 months expired. The salad was 12 bucks and it’s that small! Never again….

I placed a drive thru pick up order. The female at the speaker was unwelcoming and unfriendly. I work in customer service myself, so this was particularly noticeable. I found a plastic sandwich tie in my sandwich. I understand being in a rush, but please ensure kitchen staff is only including the edible in food served.

Location could be 5 stars but you always have to wait. They don’t have mobile order ready when you arrive, they take forever either way. Food is good, one of the better Wendy’s in that sense, nice people. Very very slow tho. Benefit? At least your food is always fresh. I ordered Dave’s double, spicy chicken sandwich, and two junior bacon cheeseburgers as well. Everything made correctly for everyone, no issues.

The ai generated voice taking my order took my order incorrectly. It had me getting 3 meals, my chili and an extra drink. (The order i asked it for was 2 large meals and a small chili) The total was almost 50 dollars. I didn’t realize the order may have been wrong until after they scanned my card. The worker got the manger once I realized the order was wrong. She asked for my card so she could do a refund. A few seconds after having my card again, she handed it back saying she was just going to give me cash instead. I was handed $11 and some change and she just said i switched this meal for the orher which is the same price and took off the extra drink . (To me made no sense) Looking at my receipt, the extra meal i was charged was almost $13 and the large drink was almost $4. I won’t be returning after this, and wanted to warn others to pay attention in case this happens. My mistake for not asking them to repeat my order before paying. ♀️

Haven’t had a good Wendy’s experience in a long time for one reason or another they have all been just a ” bleh ” experience. UNTIL THIS PLACE!!!!!! CHICKEN, juicy tender not a dry spot to be found the breading was perfectly cooked no spots of it being over cooked or undercooked and doughy. Burgers on the top of it all easily the best tasting patty I have had in a while properly cooked and still dripping with flavor and moisture. The fries were the picture of perfection. Not to salty not over cooked or soggy left out for hours stale. The staff amazing friendly and fast, took maybe 10 minutes from placing order til it was ready and half eaten. I am beyond impressed with the quality of the food and customer service and the dinning area is very clean and spacious. 10 out of 10 will definitely be back again!!!!!

Tonight I use the app to order for myself and my daughter. That was easy to use and we had a very short wait for a dine-in meal. Overall very happy with the price and the food. Yes, it’s fast food but it’s been consistently good and reasonable in price. Plus, my daughter really likes it so that’s a win as well. I’ll be back.

The window guy was very rude. After waiting for almost 10 min (not an exaggeration) we finally get to the window the heavy set older man was visibly irritated. He ignored us and proceeded to berate and be little an employee to another employee. Saying things like they “don’t know anything!” and I have to (something) “every damn order with him.” Now the food. Over $30 for 2 inedible salads that were also missing toppings, a kind of ok baked potato and what appeared to be yesterday’s fries.. The diet coke was good though.
I should have taken more pictures but this is the taco salad. The chili did come on the side but tasted like old meat grease. Everything went in the trash. Minus the diet coke of course.

I went to Wendy’s tonight for some delicious food and the person taking our order was ai, they wouldnt give me the right items and kept removing things, we tried our best to help it understand and ended up getting kicked out the drive through for ai’s mistakes. I will not be coming back to this establishment!!! Extremely rude workers, I explained the situation to a worker and they said “leave my line i will not take your order” the drive through was empty. In conclusion I think the workers didnt want to work because of laziness.

This is the absolute slowest fast food place I’ve ever experienced. I have never gone here without having a huge wait in line. I ordered one thing with one car infront of me and it took 15 minutes to get to the window to PAY.
