Really Goood. .. from scratch-good food. I went for the Italian pop up menu, Chef Yardley is a modest gem. Stephen took great care of us and even reminded us about the particulars of the plates we ordered when they arrived . From the Whole Roasted Bronzino to the House Made Pasta and Fresh Burrata cheese every bite was an indulgence in fresh wholesome food. Hiji the bar manager cooked up some amazing cocktails and the craft beer selection tho small is definitely the best I’ve had in this area. Only complaint is the guy in the collage yelling at me while I ate !! A must try for food while visiting Cocoa Beach.

Raw crudo
It’s unfair to liken the raw crudo to a homemade tater tot, but it bears a resemblance in texture and flavor. The fish is insanely fresh and it sits atop an airy potato pancake.
Heirloom tomato salad
Silky burratta and tomatoes drown in a soup of black garlic consommé. It’s delicious.
Spinach fettuccine
Another flavor explosion. I cannot believe my tastebuds right now. This dish owes some of its heartiness to the butter. So much butter. Shaved fennel sets it off.
Shrimp and grits
The whole head-on shrimp, mascarpone grits and some sautéed leeks are drizzled with a somewhat spicy Bloody Mary concoction.
Charred pork chop
Lawd! The cauliflower puree base, tender 24-hour brined chops sliced up, and pearl barley all drizzled with a jus reduction — it’s a symphony.
Key lime pie
This reads as key lime ice cream with a dollop whipped cream, a dusting of graham and lime zest throughout.

Ben was a 10/10 bartender!!! Paris was great as well. This place was a total vibe. I wish I was a local because I would be here every weekend. The pork chop and Brussels sprouts were AMAZING

Rebellion is about defiance. Love it! Be a Rebel here. 3:30 HH followed by a fabulous dinner menu into the evening beginning at 5pm. Anne at the bar was super and the HH smash burger and Martini hit the spot. Also hit the Rebellion Wine Bar in Downtown Cocoa Beach. They have THC drinks for alt alc vibe. Thanks for what you do! Well we had our best meal ! After what seemed to be a bad streak eating out lately , that all changed . We did the tasting menu , not only were each dish perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of “salt “ thank you chef for actually using it to enhance flavors ! Couldn’t be more happy ! Really is a great place to eat. My guest did the menu tour and I had the roasted duck.
Everything was way better than i expected I had many reservations about the place. However while eating everything i tried and sampled was fantastic. Cooked with great care. The server Marty was very witty with conversation. His menu explanation. And service was really nice. He was attentive to our needs and quick with extras if needed.
A hidden gem in Cocoa Beach. The prices are moderate it will run you 50 – 100 per person but once you eat you will see how worth its worth the price. Can’t wait to go back one day.

The food was delicious! Huge portion of fries I shared with a friend. Our server was very attentive and always one step ahead refilling our drinks. The atmosphere was bright and chic. Even the bathroom was clean and fresh. Looking forward to returning and trying more food.

We had a going away girl’s night here as I’m moving to a different state. One of the ladies recommended this place because she loves the Rebellion Wine Bar in Cocoa Village and heard good things about this new location. I was able to make a reservation for 10 people at 7:30 pm about a week in advance. When we arrived, they were ready for us and patient as people arrived. Their drink menu includes extensive beers, wines, and cocktails (also mocktails) and everybody tried different things. I had the Marie Antoinette and the King Louis cocktails. Both very different but so good! I ordered the beef tartare which was delicious–lots of salty/umami flavor. I went with the spinach fettuccine for my main. I didn’t hear any complaints about the food from my friends. We also tried the Key Lime Pie Semi-Fredo. We had expected it to be more pie like than ice cream like but it was also flavorful and delicious. It is on the higher end in terms of price but I felt it was worth it for the amazing food and they did a great job of handling our large group. The service was a little slow towards the end of the night but overall, it was a great experience!

From the moment we walked in we were greeted and made to feel at home. It is very apparent that the owners stress customer service to their staff as all staff we met during our SEVERAL visits, to the bar and restaurant, were amazing. Drinks are delicious and the food is truly next level. Unique dishes, full of flavor and presented beautifully. We were impressed with every aspect of Rebellion.
We rely on, and therefore do a lot of, Google reviews and have never posted pictures. This time is different because the pictures show the next level aspects. Corn bread is corn bread….so we thought. Check the pics. Try this place!!
