I just wanted to give a shout out to the crew there around 10 this morning. All three people I interacted with were smiling and kind. I was in the Drive-Thru and they said hi to my dog through the window and the energy was fantastic. Even though I don’t eat fast food much, this kind of vibe is what brings someone back to a place of business. Nice to see genuine people.

So as far as fast food burgers go. This is not bad. The burger had fresh toppings and was very tasty. Now Wendy’s has THE BEST FRIES out of all the top fast food establishments. And tops them with sea salt. I hate McDonalds soft limp fries.

NEVER. I repeat NEVER go to this location. The few times I’ve given it a chance in the last few years they have always messed up orders, closed early, locked the doors, and had many other instances of incompetence and mismanagement. This location needs to be closed down. There is nothing redeeming about it. They forget food almost every time and they are incredibly disorganized. It is infinitely worth driving to another location for Wendy’s food. Not here. Never here.
Today the doors are locked again. So I go through the drive thru for my in store pickup. I only got half of my food. No chicken sandwich, no bacon jr. The little nugget boxes weren’t closed so the food I DID get fell onto the floor when I took it out of the bag. NEVER GO HERE.

I feel bad for the folks in this Wendys if they were overwhelmed, but this isn’t one of the better locations. The drink was wrong, the ranch was missing for my chicken nuggets, I was given 2 double cheeseburgers when one was supposed to be a baconator, and the baconator fries were very scarce on the sauce and cheese despite me paying for extra on the mobile app.
As I was waiting for my baconator burger to get made, another customer came up and also complained about their burger.
The staff at least were super nice, but it was very obvious they were overwhelmed, as one kept complaining about the screen being full of orders. All and all, not the ideal location if you’re wanting your food/drink timely and as you ordered them.

I always give this Wendy’s another chance because it’s the closest one to me but they always forget something in my order or mess it up somehow and it’s really disappointing. The last time I was there before this morning I was also in line for an hour and sat at the speaker for about 15 mins but yeah just super frustrating when I live 20 mins away from any fast food place

The kids working at this location CONSTANTLY close down ice cream machines and only serve burgers no fryer food hours early. They close at 11 but stop serving food at 10. It’s BS and a waste of everyone’s time and gas money.

Food is great. Drive-thru is recommended if you want priority in your meal. Dine-in is also good, but only if you’re not going anywhere for 45 minutes or more, as wait times inside can be upwards of 15 to 30 minutes on average. The new minimalist-style seating arrangement they’ve installed is not one to leave the impression to stay a while. Some tables feel cramped with limited space.
