We never go to Wendy’s, but for Halloween the youngest received Wendy’s coupons for free kids meals, etc. that are good for the rest of the year. So, we tried them out over the weekend.
I’m surprised there are so many poor reviews. We ordered quite a bit on the app & not only did we get all our items, but it was nicely packed & the gal was very kind & had good customer service.
The chili cheese fries were nicely chilied & cheesed. I prefer chili with no beans, but if you like beans it’s a decent chili. I like that there’s an option for a small burger with all the fixings (jr deluxe cheeseburger) No food was cold.

Typical fast food chain. Clean interior. Have had several visits majority via drive thru. Service is as good as can be. Haven’t had any issues with food. FYI – This location is always busy. Expect long lines at the drive thru. Customer service has been good.

I decided to treat myself to a frosty since I was in the area. I pulled up to order, and asked the girl if they still had the strawberry frosties, and she replied yes, so I oder a large strawberry frosty. I get up to the window, and she says its $4 +, almost $5, I dont remember the exact amount since she never gave me a receipt.I looked at her confused and and asked why is it so much? She said I ordered a large strawberry fusion. I said no, I specifically asked if you still had the strawberry FROSTY. Mind you, she’s got an attitude the entire time. So I tell her I’ll have the chocolate frosty instead since they dont have the strawberry anymore. The coworker behind her says he already made it, and she replies with whatever, who cares. I dont think her eyes could’ve rolled any farther back in her head, and gave me the dirtiest look with a couple of loud sighs. I only had enough money for the frosty, not the fusion. The whole experience was so disrespectful and disappointing. I definitely wont be returning.

Drive thru was insane but assuming they were short staffed. To get onto the main road taking left out of the parking lot during peak traffic was also a headache. Food was good though even if it was a longer then usual wait. Price wasn’t bad either for spent something like 35. For 4 people which today isn’t the worst price for the amount of food we got.

I went to get food for my family and I, the women at the drive through with the short hair and lip piercings must have been having a bad day. Her customer service and manners were extremely poor and unprofessional. She had a nasty attitude taking my order, I didn’t wanna proceed with my placing my order and she made me feel very uncomfortable. When I got to the window she seemed bothered by having to customer service me and help me. I asked for a drink carrier, she says nothing, slams my drinks down and puts the drinks in the drink carrier and hands them to me. I still kept saying please and thank you and being polite to her but she would not shake her horrible attitude. Overall the worst experience I’ve had at a food chain restaurant, this location needs to seek better employees.

try to order food for my wife simple order you guys cant even put the food in the bag, why would you send a bag out with 1 item on a 6 item order? common sense would say its not complete.. this wendys has slowly gone downhill and this last year it has been abhorrent.. never wanna go again

The person at the cash register didn’t even smile, not friendly. The floors are so slippery in all the Wendy’s I thought I could slip and fall every time we walk in. My chicken ranch wrap has a little tiny bit of sauce at one end so it was dry. Fry’s were soggy. Chicken nuggets were preformed like McDonalds. I thought they would be chunks of chicken.
The only thing good was the pumpkin frosty. Hamburger was fine.

Depends on the day and team that are working. Somedays the line is insanely long and your frosty will be more like a chocolate milk, other days everything is perfectly fine. The above is true even if you’re using the app to place your order.

Don’t waste your time here. My kid loves the nuggets at Wendy’s. We showed up and the drive thru line was around the building. No big deal we will eat inside. Go inside there a few people in line. However it took 20 min to get through 3 people. Then I waited another 10 min and the line is out the door now. The guy at the register says sorry my screen is full of orders it will be a bit. We waited another 10 min. He says sorry mobile orders keep coming in and they take priority over everything else. He says they have people or delivery services picking them up. I left after this absolutely horrible service and business model. We will take our business elsewhere Wendy’s obviously does not care about it.

Every time we visit they tend to forget an item or get something wrong and I’ve let it go because it happens and I get it, it gets busy. But this time I decided to call to get a refund because they forgot my order quite to many times now and the lady that answered was giving off an attitude and unprofessional and said I needed to go in person to see the receipt but she pulled up the order/receipt on the computer and read it back to me. I don’t understand why she didn’t just give me a return on a meal they forgot. And if they needed to see the receipt, she could’ve presented it in a more professional manner than being rude.
