Top bbq food in davenport! The breaded shrimp was great ! It had good seasoning and crunch! Ribs were almost fall off the bone tenderness! Can’t ever go wrong with the sausage and corn bread! Little bit of slow service for being only 2 tables in at the time but the food makes up for it ! Definitely a must try if you haven’t!

Food was overcooked and underseasoned. Near inedible. Devoid of any moisture, which is key in BBQ. Brisket was as hard as beef jerkey and a sickly dark brown color. If you told me it came out of a Jack Links bag, I would 100% believe you. All of it had to have been under a heat lamp for 45+ minutes. Worst BBQ I’ve had in years. It’s very obvious the owners/company hire untrained staff who have never cooked BBQ before in their life. They clearly have no idea what they’re doing. Portions are also VERY small for how expensive it is. We got the Pick 3 to share and it was about as much food as one person would normally eat…which for a “pick 3” is a joke. Location was also very “cheap” looking. For how expensive it is, I expect better than stickers on the walls that’re all peeling off like they’ve been on a car window for years. The location in my home state was like going to Margaritaville, with crazy stuff in the walls. This place was bland. Waitress also only visited our table one time the entire meal, besides taking our order and our money, so service was non existent. I recommend you go basically anywhere else, but choose Mission BBQ if given the chance. It is night and day from this place. Will never visit this location ever again. Terrible restaurant.

I don’t know what has happened to this place, used to buy stuff here that will actually fill you up. Whether they skimp out on takeout or whatnot but anyways, I purchased a what I thought was supposed to be a 3 piece meal but what I received wasn’t quite like that. They charged me $21 for 2 measly little chicken thigh, this is the second time the portions didn’t match the price. I can go buy a whole rotisserie chicken for $5-$6. Definitely changed from the Famous Dave’s I remembered.

Staff: The staff we had was awesome. I changed my meal and had to ask my waitress if I could change it and she made it happen. Our drinks were always refilled and we were treated great.
Building: The building is spacious and very well taken care of. The bathrooms are clean.
Food: The food is always great. I love this place. Plenty of options and plenty of food for reasonable price.
Speed: on a scale of unsteady to speedy, this place was in 3rd gear at the end of the quarter mile it was so fast. The amount of food we order and how fast it came out, we couldn’t be happier.
Parking: plenty of parking.
Star rating: 5 because of the price and the great service. Food is the bomb as well.
I have no problem coming back here every chance I get.

1st time here. Ordered from lunch menu. Texas brisket & pulled chicken bbq sandwiches were excellent. Side of beans good as expected, warm Corn bread muffin all good. Server nice & chirpy. One small unexpected detail didn’t like, brought check half way through the meal – really. Not real busy, friendly hostess.

So I came into this location from an advertisement that I seen online. The advertisement didn’t have any specifications. So when I got my food I was surprised at the price. Jermaine was nice enough to look at the screenshot that I took and adjust the price. However it took him sometime to agree which postponed my trip. Then I was unable to use my birthday coupon. Not very happy assuming I was sick prior and was just able to resume eating solid foods. Picked famous Dave’s and was happy about the treat. Ordered the brisket baked potato. The brisket was warm and the potato wasn’t even hot enough to melt the cheese. I hadn’t ate at this location in about a year and I was not impressed. It was also my kids birthday and they did give them a sundae. Overall I was not impressed

Me and my wife ordered the (Pick 3 Combo) to go last night that ran us very close to $29.00. The one good thing about my experience there was that the lady who ran the order out to our car last night was very polite with good manners. The food itself however was a huge disappointment. First of a the serving sizes on the dishes were not big enough to fill up a 2nd grader, not even close to being an adult portion. Extremely small portions. Especially the meat parts of the combo. The brisket was very dry (1small hamburger size portion) piece. The St. LOUIS ribs were literally 2 bites apiece (2 small portions) based decent but were cold like the rest of the meal. The 2 dinky pineapple slabs were about 2 bites of tough over cooked and non juicy fruit that I’d have a hard time labeling if I didn’t know what it was already. The corn bread and jalapeño Mac n cheese were the best part of the meal but it wasn’t near enough to persuade me from giving them anymore than a 2 star review. Needless to say me and my wife will not be returning here ever again unless we are compi sated for this meal and some serious changes are made to the portion sizes here. Don’t waste your money here people. Your stomach won’t be full or satisfied after eating here. In my opinion it was awfully expensive as well for what little we did receive.
