The store is clean and the food wait wasn’t too long, but the music playing in the lobby is at nightclub levels. I don’t know what it is behind the counter but someone has an idea of what the volume level should be for customers and it needs to be lowered. Also you don’t place your order with a human but rather a giant iPad like device and it goes through some motions and then tells you the number they’ll call for your order. If that’s an issue you might want to use the drive thru.

So excited to have them in Monroe!! Expect a little wait as they work through the kinks and the fellow Monrovians that can’t drive. Everyone already double parked in the parking lot We all knew this parking lot was going to be a nightmare anyways for the volume of traffic.
The drive thru double wraps sometimes where you have to leave obvious space for cars to exit the drive thru in between cars waiting for the drive thru. If you have been to Darci’s you know what I’m talking about. They had the first entrance blocked off from HWY 2 and redirecting traffic to the Fred Meyer side entrance instead to elevate HWY backups.
Staff here was very pleasant and working diligently with the new crew they have! Lots of younger staff learning. Be patient, if you’ve worked fast food you know. Be nice to service people.
We were here Weds, technically day 2 of soft opening as they were closed Tuesday. I will say the drive thru in a Tahoe with some spacers was a little tight on the order swing and had some notable tire rash already on the curbs. If you have a bro truck, dually, or rims your husband cares about I suggest using the lobby instead! They have 2 mobile kiosks you can use to order or walk up counter as well!
Overall great experience! Get your Boo bucks too!!

Absolutely horrible all I wanted was a good burger from the new place in town and I was taken advantage of…. They didn’t smile at me when I walked in and then when I finally got my burger it was moldy and cold. Like the bottom of my grandmas foot. This is really disappointing because I’ve been exited ever since they announced it. I will tell one I WILL NEVER COME TO THIS WENDYS AGAIN. Woodinvill Wendy’s for life ✊

This is a fairly new establishment in Monroe. As such I have dined here on several occasions now. As such I can officially say, this is a good one. Far better than the Wendy’s in Woodinville. When this establishment first opened, like so many others, they struggled at first. But I personally say that they were still getting on their feet and figuring out the groove of the restaurant.
I personally enjoy the Baconator meal and many of the Biggie Bags. Or if your just wanting a quick munchie, try the Baconator frys.
The staff are great and the atmosphere, like the others, is quiet but pleasant. And as for the food, it’s Wendy’s. You get what you pay for.

I was so happy to see a Wendy’s open in Monroe. Their chili always had a decent mix of beans and beef with good flavor. Unfortunately, this location doesn’t honor that balance. Worst yet, the last 3 times I’ve ordered from there I noticed that they don’t even fill the container. What kind of cheap tactics are these? Lastly, the burgers have been made so sloppily I can’t help but feel like the workers there just don’t care about the quality of their work. I hope they improve because I’ll probably just stick to Five Guys and pay a few extra bucks for burgers.

I was really excited to have Wendys in Monroe until tonight. I ordered via the mobile app and based on the receipt on my bag my order was done around 8:23, which is when I arrived to the store to find out the lobby was closed and there was a 45 minute line for the drive thru. Since I had already paid for my food, I went ahead and got in the drive-thru line which was wrapped all the way around the building and into the Fred Meyer parking lot. After 45 minutes of waiting in line I got to the window and was handed my food which by that time was cold. The fries were gross, burgers and chicken nuggets were cold. My daughter’s Burger wasn’t even the right burger and had onions, tomato, lettuce and mustard on it. None of which she will eat so I had to go buy her a different dinner elsewhere. Basically the entire order was inedible and a waste of my time and money. This establishment better figure out how to serve hot food and move their customers through or they will not last long. I for one will not be back for a very long time if ever.

Located off state route 2 in Monroe, wa is a new Wendy’s that has just opened. The parking was a bit much, however they just opened so I’m sure that will not je a issue. It’s just great that our community welcomes you! Thanks for brining Wendy’s, jobs, and good food to Monroe, WA. Service is great, staff is friendly, and environment is clean,and accessible for all.

Ordered on DoorDash. And our meals got completely butchered. None of our burgers came. Only fries and missed an entire happy meal also. Tried calling an got hung up on ♀️ hopefully they figure stuff out or I don’t see them lasting long
