I know and appreciate that the food is made to order, however it was a 27 minute experience to use the pick up window.
The AI ordering was mediocre at best and the person that took my money, delivered my beverage and handed me my food had zero personality or courtesy. She may have said 5 words to me during our three interactions (yes, three – each was a time delayed step in the process).
I had not visited a Wendy’s location in quite some time and don’t see myself enduring the process again in the near future.

Absolutely worst Wendys I have ever been in. 30 minute wait for a single item and coke, ended up asking for a refund as my lunch break was over. Followed by the person behind me catching an attitude for hair in thier burger.

Nina, the woman behind the counter was the rudest most unprofessional person I have ever encountered at fast food.

10/10 pass on this wendys.

My burger was extra tasty. The drive-thru order screen is fully automated (no people). The velociraptors gather here before the weekly breakdance fight with T Rex at the 76 station. It not a good idea to feed them, and they always have the right of way.

The AI at the drive thru is horrible. Gets the order wrong. It cannot understand simple requests. I have gone twice both times over 15 min wait. Just ridiculous. Will not be going to any Wendy’s if this is their idea of service. Just no.

Automated drive thru only works if there are zero modifications. Otherwise it’s a mess.
Regardless of ordering method, it’s incredibly slow. We’ve been here a handful of times and it’s 3-4 times slower than any other branch we’ve been to. The building is new, that seems to be the only plus.

Automated drive-thru, indoor ordering kiosks, and a disgusting lobby that clearly hadn’t been cleaned all day (around 3pm on a Friday). Not to mention the nasty and unstocked bathrooms. All these things that the staff don’t have to do, and the food still took 20 minutes for 4 meals when they were not that busy. The fries were hot and the food was correct, little service we got was kind, however the entire restaurant was so gross. The lobby smelt of wet greasy garbage, and everything was sticky. I was shocked to read that this building is new.

I just have to give appreciation for every employee at this location. I have had a personal, very deep hatred for Wendy’s since I was a teenager -long story- and have avoided it like the plague. Since becoming pregnant this spring however, I was willing to give it a try one more time, because I was so hungry and couldn’t eat anything other than plain fruit and vegetables for my whole first trimester. Y’all…no other joint has ever been so consistently good, with really sweet service, never messed up an order, gone above and beyond for me, and the fries are HOT! If I could give everyone a raise there, I would.
If any of you staff members read this, please know that you have all contributed in some way to making my pregnancy a little less rough, you’ve saved me from complete crying meltdowns a few times, and I really, really appreciate each and every one of you for being so accommodating to some of my preggo brain requests

Nothing says “We don’t want to deal with our customers” quite like an A.I. drive through server, it’s dumb cold and robotic, made me laugh, like why?! Good fries and burgers though! can’t really speak for service as there was none aside from a hand out the window.

Stop trying to incorporate AI where it doesn’t belong (our meals) it looks pathetic.

I ordered from this place twice. The first time I picked it up, and the second time I had it delivered. Both times half of my order was missing. Today, in addition to them forgetting 3 items from my order and all the dipping sauces, the food arrived cold. It’s impossible to contact customer support!
