We were between flights, hungry but without much time. Wendy’s was by far the best option. Didn’t have to wait long to order at the kiosk, and we got our order, filled correctly, without waiting very long. Well done, Wendy’s.

The staff were wonderful and super sweet, but I got a REALLY moldy bun on my sandwich tonight after my flight got in around 9:15. 🙁 I didn’t notice because I keep the sandwich wrapped up so the sauces don’t drip out. I ate half of it then found a large green and white fuzzy patch after I took the rest of the foil off. Just got back from a long trip and now I get to go to the doctor. Man, first I had to check the bag for everything, now I gotta check the sandwich for mold before leaving too.

As far as Wendy’s go, this is one of the best ones I’ve been to. The staff was really nice, especially the guy name David, he was having a genuine interaction with everyone placing an order. Very nice guy. That aside my food was great Wendy’s quality. My spicy nuggets were a little extra crispy but that’s alright, the spicy chicken sandwich was also consistently good. 5/5 would eat here again.

We wanted a quick and easy bite at the airport. The staff were excellent. Order taker was fun and engaging. The manager was on site and I could see them taking with and directing the crew, who were attentive. When the food was ready I got a smile from the server. I had the fish sandwich – it is always outstanding. Fries are the best – I dip mine in a chocolate junior frosty. My partner’s chicken nuggets were great as well. I was so pleased with my experience, I had to write a review. Great work to all at this counter serve location in the airport terminal.

Having the kiosks for ordering was great. However, I never got my full order. Ordered a large chili, a 10 Pc regular nuggets & a Bottled Water. Never received my bottled water. Also, it just looks like a manager was covering the kiosk orders. As he wasn’t dressed in uniform like a cashier. I think my order was easy & self explanatory while for the most part it seems that other peoples are larger or slightly more complicated. Just be wary next time. Still got charged though.

Waited 20 minutes in line and moved about 6 feet. Line was about 13 or so ppl deep when I joined it, and about 5 ppl were still in front when I had to leave to catch my flight empty handed. I counted at least 7 staff behind the counter, and about 5 were standing around/busy work (filling ketchup, triple checking the single register open, etc). No communication about any issue with equipment or supplies.

Im a frequent flyer, and I don’t think they’ve ever been open during their listed morning hours. Usually they open atleast 1 to two hours later than what is listed. Highly frustrating.

Having self-serve kiosks is great, but none of them were accepting anyone’s cards. All three were having card read errors, with nothing denoting the kiosks were down.
