I will NEVER eat at this location again! There were 2 “guys” making my sandwich and one of them kept scratching his face while making my sandwich. He literally was barely putting any toppings on my sandwich I kept having to tell him over and over to put more toppings on. This was the least of my problems. After I sat down to eat my sandwich I looked at my sandwich and it had several long black hairs! I was absolutely disgusted with this got up and left! I would suggest NEVER going to this location…the employees hygiene is absolutely disgusting!

My comments today are about the taste. I usually get the original Italian, but today I went with the roast beef and provolone. The “beef” flavor just wasn’t there. Condiments were great – lettuce, tomatoes, mayo, etc. were perfect. There just wasn’t any flavor in the beef. I guess it’s back to the Italian.

This restaurant offers an outstanding product. They are very expensive, however. A large sandwich with a bag of chips and a soda can easily cost you $20. For that reason, I save it as a special treat. A little while back, I had a hankering for a Philly cheese steak sandwich. I bought the sandwich from Jersey Mike’s (for about $17) and then picked up some fries and a Cherry Coke from Five Guy’s to create the perfect lunch. When I got home, it turned out that they had made me a chicken sandwich instead. I was so disappointed. When I went back and told them what happened, they did make me the steak sandwich I ordered, but they charged me full price for it! (She added some extra meat to make up for messing up the first order.) It was delicious until I realized that I had now paid twice for the sandwich. It was good, but it wasn’t worth the $34 I paid for it. Not sure if I’ll be back.

Food was great. Service was a work in progress. New employee had too many basic questions and was being helped by to many people. Which ended up in a small debacle for the guy in front of me. He was billed twice the amount and began to display his anger very loudly with a few choice cuss words. Management fixed and refunded his money. And our order was next and we were under charged. We spoke up and it was fixed right away. Otherwise food was great.
