Went the other night, everything was turned on, pulled up to order and they said they were closed and were laughing. This was at like 8:45pm, website says closes at 1am. The older staff is always very nice but the younger kids that work there are rude and have zero customer service skills. Sucks that this is the fast food location in the area and this is how it is. They also have a “good” food rating which is one step up from having to close for it being not clean.

New store drive through always messes up foods always cold 7th time coming orders always missing something I never get a receipt was questioned on my purchase that advertised clearly it comes with nuggets and the lady lied and said it doesn’t come with nuggets. Consistent issues in the drive thru. Three times now and every time has been chaos trying to use the app and our orders are wrong. We will not be back. The one in Covington is much more efficient. There seems to be serious lack of training and leadership at this location. No one ever seems to know what’s going on. For as new as it is, you would expect everyone to be fresh and up to speed and trained. The employees seem nice enough, I just don’t think they have been properly trained, which is through no fault of theirs. I see other reviews mention the same.

The #1 Dave’s single cheeseburger tasted completely different than any other Wendy’s. Dry burger, too much mayo not enough lettuce, onion. They need to be consistent with how Wendy’s makes their burgers. On a good note, the fries were nice and hot. Staff was friendly enough. We’re happy there is another one close by and hope they can step it up to make a delicous burger in the future.

Tried this place couple times crazy long wait tines orders always wrong
Today I went in 1 guy in front of me no cars in driveway waited 10 minutes for guy to take my order after he help guy in front of me he just stood there staring at kitchen I watched 8 people do nothing for15 min after 20min I got my order fees were ice cold ad wrong sandwich
Waited another 15 for my order to get corrected they related my already cold fry and gave me wrong sandwich again.
This location lacks training and building is very cold and super loud inside due to tile floors and no insulation come on Wendy’s you can do way better take some pride in this location

Drove all the way from Enumclaw. I had put in a mobile order for breakfast for 10:00am. They wouldn’t serve me. Even through the app said breakfast orders were ok until 10:30. They lost a lot of business too. There were 3 other cars in the lot that they turned away. I know because we were all mad and talked to eachother in the parking lot outside the front door.

Food taste different from any other Wendy’s very weird. My Dave’s classic had shredded luttuce, and a ton of mayo. My fries tasted undercooked, cold and old. EVEN the chicken nuggets were dry and crumbled.

This is a brand new Wendy’s it’s only been open a few months. The food is terrible! The breakfast tasted and looked like it was cooked 5 days ago. The fries were cooked like 10days ago. Frosty is the only good thing probably cause they don’t have to cook it
