I ordered a 3 topping pizza, went to pick it up and had great experience at the counter. Once I got home however, the pizza didn’t have anything but sauce on 1/3 of it and there wasn’t any extra cheese like I ordered. It’s taste was the worst I ever had from this company. Not very pleased

Ordered the new pretzel crust pizza and wanted just cheese, we got a pizza with pepperoni that tasted like chemicals. We got a re order and they messed up again this time we got just a cheese pizza not pretzel crust. We walked back in to tell management and the lady scoffed at us as if we were lying about it and told us the reason for the remake was we did not like our “sauce” but thats completely wrong. The management decided to make us anothher remake and dropped the previous Cheese pizza on the ground as she walked to the back. I would like this to be brought up this is ridiculous behavior for her mistakes!

Ordered 30$ worth of food for me and my son. The food was provided but when it came to DOOR DASH! for the delivery. They disregarded my notes of placing food in hands. They left it on the door step not only did they not put it in my hands like requested! They left it at a different door step and claimed delivery. They offered to give me q full refund since the driver didn’t listen to the requests and gave someone else my food. But it’s been 18 business days and still haven’t received my refund! Called 2 days ago amd they claim here in 10 more business days I’ll receive my refund but by the delivery services and how longs it’s taking I doubt I’ll see my money back. Little ceasers are pretty good for their money but I highly don’t recommend using delivery services that deal with DOOR DASH! DOOR DASH HAS BEEN HORRIBLE!

Ordered crazy bread online and took 35 minutes to cook( not the problem) went to pick it up in the drive through after my order said it was ready online…waited ten minutes…left went to the store to get something. Came back 10 min later and went inside…the girl at the register wearing all black and gauge earrings looks at me doesn’t say anything and continues to play on her phone and converse with her friends….the poor kid at the window was running around like crazy when I saw at least 3 other people not doing anything yo help…I never got my cheese bread and just left and I told them to get their stuff together because it’s ridiculous to wait almost an hour and not get anything….this happened on June 7th around 8:30 to 9pm..

Every employee is friendly and outgoing to each customer no matter how busy they might be at the time.. I can honestly say that every time I have walked in to buy something to eat, they’re always busy and never act like it’s a burden to wait on customers no matter how long their line in drive thru or inside. This place is very 50/50. You’re either going to get quick, friendly service or wait 15+ minutes in line. You’re either going to get Hot and Ready food that is perfectly baked and seasoned or get food that is extremely under/over baked and looks like it doesn’t know what seasoning is or bathed in an entire bottle of seasoning.

It’s cheap, easy, and decent food. Easy pickup. Lots of choices. I’ve been eating Little Caesars Pizza and crazy bread since the 1980’s! It’s still a favorite and their menu and options continue to grow!

Haven’t even had the food yet but we ordered 15 min before close, the cashier was very nice and said no issue. And since we ordered we have an employee in the back moping around yelling “I want to go home! This happens every night! We close in 15 min”. Literally over and over.
