Rebecca was the nice gal who took my order and from start to finish her attitude, aura, and hosting was amazing!! She’s gotgreat quality and potential to her job and work! That alone had my dining experience feeling great but the food too was amazing and spot on! The atmosphere was homely and quiet enough to enjoy dining and hearing my husband talk too. All in all it was a 5 star experience ❤️

Delicious! Amazing customer service! There’s a gal that works there by the name of Patty. She went above and beyond for our lunch today! She is very helpful, explained so much, counted our change back to us and even brought us a mint when we were done with our meal. She was absolutely fantastic!

I went drive through and the kids working there seemed a little overwhelmed. They told me it would take two minutes for my order to be ready and despite the fact I was the only vehicle in the drive thru I was asked to pull up to the end of the building and wait. I did, for 11 minutes, yes eleven minutes I waited for chicken sandwich meal and an order of nuggies. The food was good tho so I’m willing to give em another shot some day.

I understand being understaffed. That isn’t a reason to serve poor quality food. Many times when I order from this store the food is dry and the bacon is usually just bits and pieces (signs it’s all just been sitting in the warmers all evening). If it’s slow enough that you have food sitting around that long, it shouldn’t be too hard to make a decent sandwich. Edit (02/05/25): Still giving them a chance since there aren’t a lot of options in La Grande. Asked for lettuce on my burger and it doesn’t even cover half of the patty. I usually order through the app and it STILL takes 10 min(not exaggerating ) AFTER arriving just to get a value crispy chicken sandwich.. EVERY TIME.

Yikes. Flies everywhere. There are literal kitchens in rural Africa cleaner than this place. This is what a Wendy’s looks like when the owner has completely stopped caring. The floors were filthy, the lights filled with dead flies and bugs, and the food cold and chewy.
Probably one of the worst restaurant experiences I have ever had. I felt terrible for the teenager working at the counter. A call to corporate has been made, please stay away from this location.

This location is probably the WORST in 5 states! We have stopped here 2 times while traveling through. Each time, they are out of multiple items. We made a mobile order for 20 min ahead of our arrival and they FINALLY finished the order 45 min AFTER it was supposed to be done. My kiddos had to wait in the car for a good hour before we received our food. On top of that, there were several mistakes with our order. They were quick to fix the mistakes. Everyone who showed up AFTER us were all served BEFORE us. Great atmosphere, SUPER slow staff.
