I went through the drive thru and ordered the spicy chicken combo with 2 sides of ranch. Also cla classic chicken with a small fry. The fries were burnt, I did not get the ranch, and the girl that took my order was not friendly. That’s the last time I will order their. I have had far to many problems with this location.

The guys that work the night shift here on the weekends are amazing!! So polite, funny, and my order is always right. I stop here after hockey games on my way home from Portland. You can really order anything from this Wilsonville location and it will be worth the money spent.

I haven’t been to this location once where I wasn’t asked to “please hold” at the drive thru order spot for several minutes just to end up telling them I placed an order online.
THEN, it takes forever to get your food and there is absolutely no cell phone coverage in this parking lot, so you have to sit there and think about the terrible choices you have made in life thus far leading you to this Wendy’s.
Also any time I’ve ordered chicken they make you pull out of the line and wait.

Had to leave a review because of the extent of how nasty this place is. The service was gross, the cleanliness was non existent, the drinks tasted watered down, the food tasted stale. The teenage boy behind the counter dropped my friend’s wrapped burger on the floor and just picked it up and handed it to him after a minute. He also didn’t give us drink cups after we ordered, we had to ask for them when the food was ready. There was a puddle that was covering the entire counter next to the drink machine. Flies everywhere. So annoying trying to eat with that many flies. My friend said the bun was stale and dry. I didn’t get a bun so mine was fine. We were on a road trip and didn’t even try to use the bathrooms because of how gross everything was. We went to the gas station instead.

Customer service was horrible. The people behind the counter won’t even acknowledge the customers waiting in line. A quick “Welcome in, We’ll be with you.” Goes a long way. The restaurant is filled with flies.

This Wendy’s was the absolute worst I’ve ever been to. The buns were hard, they got my order wrong. Charged for large got regular. I would never go there again. We were visiting my sister and wanted something fast before going to the hotel, my husband and I both woke up the next morning with sour stomachs.

2nd or 3rd time eating at Wendy’s in my life and definitely my last. Came for the chicken sandwich of course, ordered the Jalapeño Chicken Popper sandwich. The sandwich tasted like the dirtiest Jalapeño popper I ever ate. The chicken patty was made up of mince meat, thin and tasteless. The bacon super thin, soggy and tasteless. Some indescribable gross sauce, was it cheese, mayo, lard? This abomination cost me $7! Hope I don’t get sick. There may be debate on who won the chicken sandwich wars (I say KFC followed by Popeyes) but there is no doubt who lost it, Wendys!

To be the only person in line and have it take 5mintues just to get acknowledge.
Then after ordering it took an additional 25 minutes for our food to come out which was just 2 burgers and a fry.
Burgers we’re messy and I was unable to eat mine due to the bun being so soggy.
Will not recommend this Wendy’s to anyone.
