We’ve ordered at this location lots of times and never had an issue but tonight I don’t know what happened. This is definitely not what we ordered these pizzas don’t have cheese or sauce. It said Anthony made our pizzas. Get Anthony off the pizza assembly line and on a register or something cause this ain’t it.

This restaurant gets a lot of unnecessary criticism. Every time I order from this dominos I am happy with the service, and on the rare chance there’s a mistake, they are happy to make it right. They’ve made my pizza “wrong” (not inedible by any means) a couple of times over the last few years, and any time that has happened I still get to take home the pizza that was done incorrectly for free. The employees are fantastic from those I’ve interacted with, especially the manager who’s always working his butt off when I come in the store. I love when I can interact with other humans and it feels like exactly that- human. It’s not overly professional and people-pleasing, but they’re genuine and honest. I always go back to this dominos because if you’re kind to them, they will always be kind to you, but bottom line, they are REAL!! (Not to mention the pizza is always!!!! amazing!!!!)

This particular Domino’s is my normal go to, but after tonight, I may just have to find a different one. The last three times I’ve order pizza there I have spent almost IF not more than $50.00 at a time mainly because I always add “extra” meat to the pizzas. The last three times, I order extra meat and the amount of “extra” is / has been about what you would expect a pizza with “normal” topping to look like. The first time, I thought it’s just a mistake, pizza was still good. Second time, the were somehow actually 2 orders for me, so I thought that was a mistake as well, because the orders were different and I had only placed one. THIS TIME, I asked about what size was a “normal serving” of meat on a pizza and received a VERY nasty reply “what do you mean?”. And again I asked what is the normal serving of meat as in, how much do you put on a pizza? I was then asked by a stringy haired man who in all reality, SHOULD be wearing a HAIR NET, as MOST of the employees should be wearing, NOT just a visor, ask if was a specialty pizza or not? Yes, I replied, and he then told me it all depends on how much meat is there to begin with because you don’t want to add too much to it. I told him I get that part but. Im STILL being charged for “extra meat” when in all honesty, it’s as much meat as you would expect and THINK a “normal” amount of meat is on it. And IF you can’t add “extra” to a specialty pizza then the option SHOULDN’T be allowed at the time you order it NOR should you be CHARGED EXTRA for it when there is NO EXTRA to be CHARGED FOR!! The way the economy is these days and EVERYTHING and I do mean EVERYTHING is going up, well,…except what people are receiving on their pay checks, for someone like me, to order out ESPECIALLY PIZZA, it is a rare treat and you SHOULD get what YOU PAID FOR, not some lame excuss ” it depends on how much is there already” when PLAINLY there wasn’t that much there AT ALL to start with!!! All I can say is I’m EXTREMELY disappointed and I will REALLY have.to think twice about going back. SHAME ON YOU GUYS!!

Foods made well… but the unprofessional attitude I got the other night for ordering a little late was pretty disappointing. I sent the order through 5 minutes before they closed; which I know can be frustrating as I used to work at a Dominos myself… but I was literally only a 3 minute drive away and also put a good tip on there as a way to thank the driver for working slightly later than he had probably hoped.
But when he got here, he clicked my video doorbell and simultaneously knocked unnecessarily hard and loudly. Regardless though, I answered the door with a smile and asked how he was and his demeanor and attitude was very pissed off-like. I used to work at a Dominos myself and I would never have acted unprofessionally and rudely like that; no matter how last-minute a customer was.

My wife ordered food for us and the guy didnt drop the food off and went back to the store. My wife called and i guess they had trouble finding the house which i dont understand why because there numbers on the houses. Anyway, the guy said if the food was cold she could have a refund. Well the guy got to the house after having to make the round trip. The food was lukewarm, was not fresh, and was way overcooked. My wife figured we got the food so refund wasnt needed but this needs to be addressed. My wife sat outside for 20 minutes once it said he was in our neighborhood meaning he didnt even drive around to look for the house. How do you go into a trailer park and say “which one is yours?” When there are numbers on the houses. If the numbers dont match onviously its not the right house. But for him to not drive around and look for the right house? How unprofessional.

My order arrived like this after waiting for more than an hour after the delivery person left the store when my house it’s only a 10 minute drive! Tried calling the store but o was on hold for almost 30 minutes before I decided to hang up and post this review instead! Ugh! I can’t believe I even tip the person!

Dominos reached out and apologized and also provided a coupon for a free pizza. Changed my 1 star to 5 star for their resolution and attempt to keep their customers happy.
