Tried to order buffalo wings and was told they had no buffalo sauce like okay? Ordered food pulled up to the window and within 5 seconds had my food I thought wow that was quick. Mistakenly pulled forward to check my food as someone pulled in behind me. Found I was missing a junior bacon cheeseburger. Pulled to the front door it was locked so I went to go to the drive through and of course a line had started. Took me 5+ mins to get to the front where I showed my receipt of the junior bacon cheeseburger with things removed and things added and asked if I could get a small fry or something for the inconvenience and she says “no I’ll get your burger” shuts the window in my face and grabs a burger in half a second. I decided not to pull forward this time and check the burger it has none of the edits I made so I waited and asked her if she wanted to see the receipt again as this wasn’t right. She takes the burger out of my hands and throws it into the trash and clear as day talks shit with her coworker as they attempt to get the original order corrected. Then they hand me the bag and say we don’t have any mustard this is the best we can do and it’s a burger with a pound of lettuce and a piece of bacon on the side. Probably some sort of revenge I guess. Got home and they got another one of the burgers wrong didn’t add tomato like requested. Food was cold and gross but I did eat the pound of lettuce as a salad so oh well.

Service was impersonal. Tables and were sticky and bathrooms unkept. There was nothing to put your ketchup in to bring to the tables.
Although they did have stylized lounge seating and a nice fireplace in the middle of the seating area, it didn’t bring an ambiance of dining experience.

Rudest staff I have ever encountered literally in my entire life. They act like they don’t start at 16$ an hour, which is actually decent for fast food. I get better service at most mcdonalds, and they get paid minimum wage with almost no raises ever. You can tell this place has an employees before customers mindset. And don’t even get me started on the wait times. Oh. My. God. 45 mins for 2 biggie bags and a drink.
Save your time and go to the taco bell or mcdonalds down the street if you want “cheap” fast food.

Spicy chicken sandwich was dry and tasted like cardboard. Fries were way over cooked. The order took 35 minutes. Threw the food out, it was inedible. The Frosty was the only thing worthwhile. Will not be back ever.

My husband was at Wendy’s yesterday morning and bought a Frosty ticket for a year. He was not wearing his glasses. He looked at it when he got back at the hospital where he was staying while his sister recovers from surgery. He is a Godly man and completely honest. He went back to Wendy’s this morning and the clerk refused to give him a 2026 ticket. She argued with him and continued to argue with him. Her refusal to admit their mistake and make it right was appalling. She said they threw all the 2025 tickets out but the fact that they gave him a 2025 and he had no other was evidence they weren’t all gone. Our family will boycott Wendy’s until you make it right. Shame on you!

Took 16 minutes to get my order once I placed it, as well as when I finally got it, I did not realize I was missing a whole thing of chicken nuggets. I tried to call but it went straight to voicemail, I understand its busy but a whole thing of chicken nuggets? Like cmon dude. I wouldn’t be as mad if I got it for free, but I didnt and I dont make a whole lot as is to where I shouldn’t complain. I just want chicken nuggets.

This Wendy’s is a hit and miss. The other night summarizes why. To be fair, hit and miss also means some nights I stop through and it’s fast and excellent service, but then there’s this – I sat in the drive for over 20 min with a grand total of three cars including myself. I ordered a frostee and a lg fry. I presumed the other car must have had a huge order, but then I got to the window and waited several minutes at the window for those two items. Presumed maybe my fried needed to be dropped, finally got my frostee and fried only to discover the fries were cold

I’m not a Wendy’s customer nor am I a fan of the food. I came in for a scheduled interview and got promptly turned away. Jack in the Box is way better food. Maybe it was me but I didn’t feel welcomed there, interview or not.

I used to attend this restaurant quite often i was able to eat a cheap good meal and plug in my laptop along with my phone and portables, mind you this whole store has outlets and C to C charge ports never had a problem in the last year I’ve been going there, Even states on their website that they have all these plug inns but apparently now they plug ins are not for customers only for the employees. But again I was the only customer ask to remove my charger and phone from outlet but 3 other people kept there stuff plugged in.. so pretty much what im saying they are judgemental because I was wearing a book bag cuz I attend school they assumed I was homeless and for some reason the homeless aren’t allowed to use there charging ports or plugs. Thats just so disgusting to me when I mentioned it to the manager she started to cuss me out and made me leave cuz of her wrong doing
