Me and my boyfriend accepted a DoorDash here and he ran it to get it while I stayed in my car. I had time to wipe down and clean the entire interior of my car (about 10 minutes or so) and then I decided to go in to see what takes so long for fast food.
My boyfriend had been standing at the counter and hadn’t even been helped yet. In my 2 minutes standing there I saw 3 different people come up to the front desk just to look at us and then walk away. Then the old guy came back and took the people in lines orders- and my boyfriend said they had helped other DoorDashers standing in his exact spot.
EDIT: The food was done the entire time by the way. It was just sitting behind the counter.
This Wendy’s is shit every single time I go here, not sure why I waste my time anymore. They clearly just hire anyone with no expectations held to actual good service. They only care about themselves, don’t bother.

This is the 3rd (and final) time I try ordering from this poorly run place because they’re completely incapable of getting an order correct. I ordered a chicken club sandwich combo, and instead I received this cold, pathetic looking hamburger. My chili was also missing from the bag.

Came in to pick up my order. I waited quite a while despite ordering ahead of time. Once I got my order I asked for a drink carrier and the lady at the counter said sure then threw the drink carrier towards me across the counter. While waiting on my order, I notice one “customer” ask for a straw then went and smoked on the other side of the door then proceeded to walk back in and nod off in the walk way. Very entertaining to say the least.

Would be alot more enjoyable if they could get rid of the nodders outside. Staff is friendly. They have the tendency to forget items in orders though. My past 3 visits had to go back to retrieve forgotten items.

The best Wendy’s in my opinion. Seems to be the only one that lives up to the “fast food” moniker. Some of the other Wendy’s around town can take achingly long to get your food out. This one actually has it figured out and behaves like a real fast food place. It’s quick, it’s cheap, it ain’t always pretty, but it does what it needs to do.

Go get your $1 chocolate chip cookies inside before they fix the price. The dumb child at the register asked his manager, guessing the manager said no, except he didn’t say that, and then told me the total without the cookie. I said I want the cookie, he said it was not $1. I said too bad, give me your manager. They have to give you the price as marked, so go inside to get this deal to take advantage until they change it.
Yesterday I came here to get a quick Dave’s Double Burger with the simple request of just mayo instead of ketchup and mustard as well. The guy taking my order at the drive thru made sure to ask what I did want on my burger–lettuce tomato, pickle, no onions. After I got home, i unwrapped it to find it was a burger with 2 patties and no toppings except mayo…. Obviously there’s a communication issue on orders.

I went through the drive through yesterday on 11/18/2025 I ordered a sprite, cookie, Large fry, and a side of shredded cheese. The woman at the window was in a rush and clearly annoyed I wanted her to scan my app for a dollar off my order. They also did not include the 60 cent cup of cheese I ordered. When I went back through the drive through to get my cheese. they gave me a container with maybe 10 pieces of cheese in it. Not even halfway filled. This is disappointing as a vegetarian who just needed some calories. By the time I had made it through the line the second time my fries were cold. The woman at the window was clearly annoyed I came back for my cheese and the assumed manager (was dressed differently) made some snide comments about me going back through the line as if it was my fault and not their incompetence. NEVER let them rush you away from the drive through window every time they try they have gotten my order wrong.

Being understaffed is understandable, giving me food undercooked and cold is ridiculous. I got the baconator fries, bacon cold, cheese not even melted, fries cold, I’ll be calling the bank to get a refund because I never got a receipt. I was on my 30 with another 6 hours in my shift.
