I come to this location because it’s convenient. My review is all because it’s either my order is wrong or I have to pull up and wait. Next, the dining room around 7 is closed. So why can’t they move a line of cars with no dine in? I ordered Apple pecan salad and was told they have no cranberry so I insisted on still wanting that salad only to have gotten a Cobb salad . I waited a while for my order salad which Wendy’s pre makes and nuggets that do not take long to cook. Now if you check the camera around 8:46 the girl who got my whole order wrong was on the phone. Also, I had to get out of my vehicle to beat on the door for Utensils and dressing for the salad. In addition to a close dining room take a look on the Camera to see a cup that is sitting on the table that no one went to get but you have an manger and 4-5 employees on the clock who had not even gotten to that. I use to work for Wendy’s so I can explain everything to detail what is wrong. If this is franchise owned he or she needs to give it up to corporate and if it’s corporate salary Reduction is needed for consistency in below Mediocrity service. No excuses! Does not look like a Apple pecan salad with no cranberries

On Saturday 01/10/2026 I went through the drive thru and ordered a bacon double stack biggie bag with a large coke no ice and a crispy chicken BLT biggie bag with a large root beer no ice. They asked me to park out front and wait a few where I then waited for over 30 minutes before getting my food. Upon actually opening the food I found that I was not provided with a receipt. The sauces were wrong , I had asked for honey mustard and I was given 3 ranch and a scorching hot sauce. The bacon double stack was just a cheeseburger. And the crispy chicken BLT was just mayo and a chicken patty in the sandwich. I called the establishment at 14:04 with the original intention being to suggest retraining and inform them that i will not be returning and the manager said they would put me on the board for a remake and it would be available for a couple of days. I decided to give them an opportunity to make it right. Today I went into the same establishment to ask for it and provided my name that should have been on the board , and was only then informed that the policy is same day pick up and that they often have people lie about it and try to obtain free food. To me this is the same as accusing me of lying about something that again should have been on their remake board. They clearly don’t care about customer service/satisfaction and are totally fine with screwing over the customer and not providing what you pay for. I will not be returning to this establishment except for perhaps the day the building is scheduled for demolition. I strongly encourage everyone who reads this post to consider a different location and/or business altogether.

Don’t bother going into the lobby and ordering there, because they WILL make you wait on EVERY car in the drive-through FIRST. EVEN WHEN A NEW CAR SHOW UP, YOU WAIT ON THAT CAR. SO you’re out of luck if you are ordering in the lobby. Just an FYI.

DO. NOT. Go here before 0730. I have gone to this restaurant 4 times; on a Tuesday. Two I had no problem getting food; once through the lobby and once through drive thru. The last two, thru drive thru, I was told, “Come back in 10 – 15 minutes … (with some excuse). When I have a short time, and my boss (he is VERY generous), so I can’t wait 15 minutes; so no thank you.

so i’m 6 months pregnant with my first baby and have worked in retail for 10 years so i know about annoying customers.. i try to give service workers the respect they deserve because it’s not an easy job. nonetheless i was being as polite as possible.

i ordered thru the app for mobile pickup, had to wait for chicken strips which was fine i had no problem. an employee brings the order out, but it looks wrong as i ordered a vanilla frosty & she didn’t bring me a vanilla frosty so i brought it back inside to allow them to check.

an older woman scoffs at me and says “oh no everything’s there” and so i say “i think im missing a vanilla frosty” and she parrots “you are missing a vanilla frosty, but everything else is there” trusting her i left and get home and my large upgraded fry is missing. Super disappointing because i intended to dip my fries in the frosty. Pregnancy craving.

i don’t appreciate being talked down to or having them incorrectly pack my order or send me home without what i paid for. it was filthy inside the lobby so maybe i could’ve taken the hint. 0/10 i hope that woman gets her order wrong everytime she ever goes out again.

Lobby and restroom are mess. There are more people working than there are customers , but it took 23 minutes to get a double Wendy’s meal.

This store manager should go with the entire staff to food handling classes cause they have no idea about the safety zone.

I feel this is by far the most likely Wendy’s you would not want to go to in Oregon.

On my way to charge the car this morning and decided to grab food so I can eat while I charge. Save time = save money. Arrived at Wendy’s at 6:11 am. Parked in their parking lot. Online it says they open at 6:30 am. There is huge writting on the windows that says “Open at 6:30 am for breakfast.” I handled some business online. At 6:30 am I placed my mobile order. At 6:35 am I pulled up to the drive through speaker and sat there for several minutes waiting. The car waiting behind me left. So I call Wendy’s while waiting at their speaker. Yes, I am one of those types of people. I was informed that they do not open until 7:00 am. I told them I already placed a mobile order and all they could do was apologize and say that they do not know why Wendy’s does not change the time it states it opens online. Uhhh….maybe yall should removed the writtings and signage that say you open at 6:30 am also? So now if I wanted a refund I would have to cancel the order in the app and wait to get my money back. Possibly a few days. To avoid that I just told them I would be back at 7 am. SMH….

DO NOT STOP HERE.
STEVI SHOULD NOT BE WORKING WITH THE PUBLIC. RUDE!!! When I questioned what she had said to me about my order, she simply turned away and went about orgaizing some cups. Others have also experienced this behavior of being ignored.
As to the food, my 2 burgers had buns that were cold, the meat was not hot, and there was no dressing or mustard or whatever….dry!!! Absolute garbage. SAD. Never again.

Food is always on par, use mobile and they get the order right.

What did we ever do before the days of mobile ordering? *gasp* go inside and actually talk to somone when they got the order wrong? Thank goodness I don’t have to do that anymore! Lol
