I ordered 3 meals all with special requests and changes and they were all made just as ordered. The burgers were good and the only reason for 4 stars was that I was asked to pull up and wait because they were making fresh fries, but the fries were cold. The drinks are always huge and the prices are fair.

Placed an order for Carryout. By the time I got to the store to pick it up, someone else had taken it, and I was told that there was “nothing we could do”. Manager was right there, and didn’t say a word. Food is left on the counter where anyone can grab it. Infuriating and disappointing are the least of the words I could use right now.

I eat at this Wendy’s a lot since it’s close to my work and getting a chicken sandwich for $6.49 is a steal in this economy. They are quick and professional.

Ordered breakfast from this Wendy’s via DoorDash this morning. My driver was given the incorrect order, and the order I received did not even match the receipt stapled to the bag. DD driver told me that the employee working there was the only person running the entire store and that they shouldn’t even be open. If you can’t staff your restaurant appropriately, you should not be open. We will not be coming to this location again.

Every time they screw something up. This time I was shorted chicken nuggets and no dressing for salad. Last time got sweet tea when asked for unsweetened. No relief except to come back to remake. I don’t have time for that. Give me a credit in app!!

The manager there was extremely rude. She responds to customers by screaming “WHAT” to them. They do not try to fix your issue but would rather argue and prove how right they were. The cashier was disrespectful as well. It was ridiculous. What kind of people do you have working for you.

Okay, so I am finishing up a long drive excited to order and eat 4 Crispy Chicken BLTS with onions. That’s exactly what I order and I’m asked to pull forward by the red gate and wait. I patiently wait for 5 minutes before I’m handed a bag. I drive home roughly 20 minutes to find out I was given the complete wrong order. Nuggets and a plain sandwich.. Ball is now in your court to see if Wendy’s wants to make this right.

I order a parmesan caesar salad and I received very little lettuce a barely sprinkle of cheese and with the full chicken not even diced up. I returned to make this salad right because it is nothing like what I have received before and it’s no longer close to the picture presentation for this salad. I have been customer for 8 years and they said this was the new way salads were made, please confirm this is correct to no longer visit this place for salads.

Definitely not staffed correctly at the order counter. The wait was really long to order but the food came quickly. Get my boy Nathan some help. Two people left while we waited.
