Stopped at this Lodi location to get a treat on a road trip. Saw a sign out front advertising snickerdoodle frosty. When I tried to order one inside a very rude worker told me they didn’t have it. I told him it was on a sign outfront saying they did he argued with me that there was no sign. Out of spite I went back out to take a picture of the sign to show him…when I showed him he still argued there is no sign. I left

The day crew is not the best been here multiple times during mid day and always so slow even when drive thru is clear as well many times my order has been made wrong, wrong items or completely missing items . How ever night crew is amazing they are always so quick clean and never ever wrong the one guy angle is so nice and has great customer service he is always such a joy to see when I go here

The team members were attentive and had a sense of comfortable urgency in service. They held doors open and generated a feel of appreciation for your business.
